Yah if it was me doint it i would have used the clone tool in photoshop to clone some of the water ever the fuzz that is there.

but if you look on her left side there are aparent dark spots where they forgot to put the marque tool so her original skin colour can still bee seen instead of editing the tint and hue to bule to match the rest of her. and on the right side they put the Marque tool overr too much grabeing a few pixels of water and edited the tint and hue there so it looks like an aura comeing off of her
