What pisses me off about some black folk here on Lit, is that they have a NEED to constantly bring it up. How they've been called this, that, and the other thing, making hundreds of threads about racism. It makes a few wonder if they hate their own race and that's why they keep doing it.

You certainly don't see many threads from white people bitching about how they live in the city, how they're being treated, being called wonder bread, cracker, and blah, blah. And what's hilarious is living in the city as a white woman and having racial slurs thrown at you, and nothing gets done by the cops. BUT when it happens to the black folk, oh noes! "Put your arms behind your back, fucker." Facts of life, buddy. Facts of life.

And if these things continue to hurt and anger you to talk like this, your best bet is to use the ignore function. Go have fun, but stop with all the racism bullshit. That said, it doesn't mean that he does not have the right to say them. It is free speech, it may be incredibly inappropriate, undesirable, derogatory, disgraceful, and deserving of censure, but he should not be banned for saying them.
