Russia needs global warming... as the earth warms, shipping lanes over the top of the globe open all bordering on Russia open up... which greatly weakens the U.S. because there would be far less need for the Panama Canal... plus, since the Arctic belongs to no one, some U.S. companies but particularly Russia is rapidly gobbling up large tracts of the Arctic for oil and gas. It just so happens that the fossil fuel companies are the largest contributors to the fascist republican party so they support fossil fuels over cleaner, more powerful, and more profitable, with more and better paying jobs renewable energy which would also weaken our enemies and improve our own military defense.

The US is the second largest investor in renewable clean energy *$356 billion* second only to China. Why do we need the Paris accord? The Paris accord is as useless the the United Nations, money thrown into a black hole!
