What could be the problems they face? What's the resolution and how they accept this?

That's also erotic as well. Or we can just stick to the basic with the Neighbor husband and wife having their way with the family and them acknowledging and accepting this is their new norm.

Start with the parents who start swapping with the neighbors. Then bring the kids in to the equation one at a time. The son first.
