The TroIan Hoarse

This thread has been a long time coming.

Well before the elections when DT announced he's running and i watched a speech or two, I called him the thread's subject matter. Much of my entourage knows this, only I described briefly why i thought so and i wasn't certain of my rationale, but certain of the title he fits.

I've also mentioned often he'd be a President that would have fits with both sides of the aisle. And I thought - still mostly think - he's what the US needs at this point.

But change is hard, and I have my worries... and i still think he fits it.

I don't have much time to type more right now, but I thought I'd finally throw this out there and I think that description (thread's subject) in itself could mean many things to others whether they are pro or against him.

I think that you should not start threads unless you have the time to think them out and then do a little proofreading for grammar, content and coherency.

The only reference to Troian I can find is a TV actress. Does she have a sore throat?

That never stopped YOU from your American Thinker cut-n-paste hack jobs.

Is this part of your "Rules For Thee, But Not For Meeee" glibertarian philosophy?

That's a hoot. Has he ever seen busybody's threads?

It's just stream of consciousness. Though I think she'd have done better on Twitter at 2am.

The spelling of the title is purposeful so as it doesn't appear in any search engine results, jackasses.

Why is it hard to simply understand the notion presented, and see if its possible to see it that way or not?

Let's simplify especially for 4est since his midstream mentality is too balanced for any ambiguities.

Do you think DT is a TroIjan (wink wink) Hoarse (wink wink) of sorts? consider a bit of history on the man, friends, life, political statements, and today's context.

Jackasses.

Try and stretch the imaginations a bit, and the usual suspects on both sides wane.

Throw in intimidation of ambiguous grounds where they (anyone - left & right) might look foolish, and they gonzales the speedy.

I think DT can be characterized as such on almost every issue. Now it's healthcare.

It appears to be a process of consolidation rather than change.

And I think it's on many levels.

A TroIan Hoarse by excellence.

Don Trump is the best thing America has experienced since sliced bread! ;)

Sliced bread was the crowning achievement of the second Cleveland administration.

But of course you won't hear that from the lamestream liberal fake news media. So dishonest. Sad.

So.. Here the thing about this thing.

Let's go back in time. Election after another, Americans ask for? change. Crowned by: Yes we can.

Well, election after another, i find people rallying and campaigning and going bananas on each other going - to paraphrase from the late George Carlin: my guy has a bigger dick than your guy.

Then, months after the election, they're both swearing at the guy that had won.

People kept saying: Washington is sold. Our politician are for sale to lobbyists etc. House reps don't do shit. they are slaves to people like big pharma, NRA, beef industry, Monsanto, etc etc.

Well, solution? Never happened. until now perhaps?

Why do i say until now. Coz now its the time 'You' became Time Mag person of the year thru YouTube, not is the time of Wikileaks and snowden, now is the time of shit seems to be hitting the fan, a the common man will rise and take over, no? A common man who cannot be bought, who doesn't agree with the whole set of suits on both sides of the aisle, who'll carve up that age old institution rooted on both sides of Capitol and sit on Abe's throne and effect real change. Put my interest first, ahead of anyone like big this and big that... etc. No?

Well, here's a billionaire who don't give a damn who pays him what. He got so many new people who always were off the grid to join the GOP only to vote him in. spoke a language no one ever spoke. said things that suits on both sides found repulsive. And got elected, and started implementing pronto what he promised he'd work on.

So, in these changing times, the people have their common man rising up. Their off the payroll guy to do the real thing.

His character, habits, history... ? as common as they can get.

Here comes my problem.

What if the people get one shot at this, and only a billionaire gets to survive it etc. and Trump spoils it and doesn't accomplish much. what are the chances any other 'people man' not 'institution man' would make it up there and do it?

Wouldn't trump's failure = closing that lid back, and back to normal business after him? Back to 'we want change'?

In the scenario, Trump, the quite connected and 'in' kinda man, would be the deception within the deception, if you're getting my drift.

And as such, a TroIan Horse par excellence.

Thoughts?

So here's how we are all being duped into a war.

The GWB days, it was right wingers into the war, lefties against.

Obama days, same things, except, Obama did provoke wars passively laying the groundwork further.

The Trump election was for many a new direction, a protectionist era, a la Brexit, a let us fix our internal problems now. So many people who never voted before added to the right wing vote and got trump in office to do so.

Trump who sold the idea of: don't worry about some war with Russia, I can talk to Putin, make a deal, I like the guy. i'm getting a Sec of State who Putin awarded as Exxon chief, we'll be all buddies. Don't worry, no war.

Then, Russia helped him win!

Now? Lefties see blood and want attacks on Assad. A strong long time ally of Russia.

Trump after "chemical attack" said: well, now i changed my mind, this is unacceptable.

Today, seeking Congress to approve strikes in Syria. In other words, to declare war on Syria.

Well, was this the Trump people voted for?

And before anyone says but you and others supported him, you need to know, Hillary was going in that same direction as well.

You thought you left the establishment?

I feel like Robin Williams now waving and screaming:

So here's how we are all being duped into a war.

Who is "we"?

And Yes Hillary is a hawk. One of the worst things about her is willingness to throw away lives and money into wars we have no part in. However it would be been a very "globalist" process were she in the WH. They woudl have polled the allies, notified everyone, had a coalition of support - Blah, blah where are Trump just threw a Toamhawk tantrum.
