“Another day another dollar”
The life of a super villain or “henchmen” was akin to being a dock worker or other blue-collar worker. You took the jobs you could find and the higher paying ones you simply couldn’t pass up on.

He and his spots led her on a thirty-minute cat and mouse game as he tried to escape the city. He almost made it to and might have if it weren’t for his own shit luck. A bad turn and a minute delay was enough for her to catch up to him and finally take him down.
It was the story of Danny’s life. As a kid he was known as “no luck” Danny. It wasn’t the most original of names but it was the most fitting. Anything he tried to do tended to go up in smokes faster than anyone could blink. He wasn’t accident prone… things just tended to blow up around him. His bad luck plagued him following him through school and delivering him to that faithful night at the lab. “Just create the portal and get out of here Danny” He said stretching out his palm and willing the portal to appear. The white body suit he was wearing began to morph as black spots appeared. They moved around his broad muscular body merging every once in a while before finally traveling down his arm. The black spot reached his hand and began to appear on the metal wall. It widened growing until it was big enough for someone to walk through.
“It’s done” He said turning to the group “I got you in and so our deal is done the portal will remain open for five minutes so you have to hurry. Our transaction is done so I will take the rest of the money now”
