[ooc; this is a thread I hope a female character will be found for - it's 'open' in the sense that to join, the first person to message me with their character/ideas will be welcome to join in. Then this ooc can be edited to leave the first post.
This story will hopefully deal with Aden, a successful writer, and his sadistic blackmailer - but who is it? That's really down to the other player, and should prove interesting. Do they know each other, or are they strangers? What information is she using to blackmail him? Or will we never be told? And what does she want from him? Basically, anything to do with FemDom, strong humiliation, degradation and anything fetishy will be of interest
. So message me with some ideas - the more obscene and sadistic the better!

Aden Haywood sat alone at the cafe table, hunched over the coffee mug. Everything about his body language was defensive that morning, and with good reason. He could feel the letter, folded hurriedly in half and stuffed into the inside pocket of his coat. He had to feel for it every few minutes to make sure the whole thing wasn't just a dream or bizarre mistake on his part.
At only 26 years of age, Aden had taken the literary world by storm with his debut novel. Now at 28, he was one of the most celebrated writers in the country, having published two more books, a play and several radio pieces. Modest with his success, his day to day life, when not writing, consisted of book signings, interviews, reading and photo-shoots, as well as the multitude of charity events his agent encouraged. Yet, he reflected, the excitement of waiting for written confirmation that a new piece had been accepted by his publisher never waned.
Yet the morning post had certainly not been what he was expecting. Three letters had fallen, pattering, to the hall floor. The first had been a bill, the second a letter from a friend congratulating him on his most recent play. Nothing too unusual. But the third had been altogether out of the ordinary. The third letter had been a small envelope, neatly hand-written in a cursive style, and contained one sheet of writing paper. It read:
"Meet me in the Promenade Cafe at 10.30am to save serious damage to your career
x"
Aden hadn't known what to make of it at first. Maybe a practical joke? Or a friend winding him up? After toying with letting his agent know about the meeting for safety’s sake, he'd decided to go alone. Not usually given to nerves, Aden had grown steadily more uneasy as the time passed 10.20... 10.35.
Resolving to stay just five minutes more, he ordered another coffee and unfolded his newspaper...
