I love chai too... CoffeeMate just came out with a new chai flavored creamer... it's fab... you can put it in the coffee or make some black tea and add it, does a wonderful job (not as good as home cooked, milk scalded chai, but it's good for quick and run stuff)

At work they make it with milk and water and then put it through the steamer and it's fucking amazing. It's not the same making it at home.
