OOC: Fazil Kotuk, 29, is the leader of a terrorist organization known simply as "the Cause". He is a Turkish national and a militant fascist in his politics. His dream is to revive the Ottoman Empire as a practical reality, minus the monarchy. He favors a strong, centralized, one-party state and a powerful military, including weapons of mass destruction. He is neither pro-Western or pro-Chinese in orientation, preferring to follow an independent course and force the major powers to recognize Turkey as a new superpower. That's his dream: Turkish hegemony in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. He doesn't want Turkey to join the EU, because that would restrict her power and foreign policy.
He has a few mistresses, but his latest favorite is a gorgeous Swiss model named Ursula. She's blonde, a smoker, a drinker, and more voluptuous than most models, as she models "plus-size" clothing. She's everything that the radical but secular Fazil likes in a woman. She doesn't know about his politics or his connections to organized crime and drug cartels, just thinking that he is the owner of a chain of chai houses and independently wealthy. He is those things, but that's a front and a fundraising source for his operations against the Turkish democratic government and his other pet peeve: Islamic fundamentalism. He views the militant Muslim factions as rivals for the allegiance and support of alienated and disgruntled Turks. His ideology is fascism of a secular instead of fundamentalist variety. His model is Juan Peron, not Ayatollah Khomeini.
