a play on Beauty and the Beast, but focused on the Tentacle Monster's sensitivity towards being called a "monster"- he really just wants to be loved, and would prefer to just be known as Ralph.

One day, while he is hiding in the woods, so as not to scare the towns folk, he encounters sweet naive eighteen year old Lucinda, who lost her eye glasses on her way home from Grandma's house.. .

Depending on how many tentacles Ralph possesses, Lucinda could be de-virginized in multiple holes all at the same time!

a tad abrupt. I'd think the deflowering is one hole at a time, but each continuing as the next is added... this is a romance after all.

Ah, yes, romance! Wine me, dine me, sixty-nine me!!

...Suspend me in the air with your tentacles. Turn me upside down. Strangle me. Whip me. Fill up every hole. Get between every toe and crevice.
Then make sure I get a cab home. And find my glasses.

So how poor is her eyesight and how dark is it in the woods? Lucinda knows she's had a great time, but does she know who or what with? Does she go back tomorrow night hoping for more of the same? Does she tell her girlfriends that if they want a good time they should go into the woods? Does she know the monster's name, and therefore tells people Ralph did it?

cab? from the woods?
and these days I think you mean Uber?

easier if they just find a cottage and live together happily ever after?

Maybe she tells her best friend what happened in the dark, how she was held and violated and fucked in every hole, and the girlfriend concludes there must have been multiple attackers. So Lucinda or the girlfriend or the authorities or everyone are now looking for a gang. Meanwhile Ralph, flushed with the success of his first foray into human fucking, moves on to his next victim/s...

but this was supposed to be a romance.... Lucinda delivers the new victims :D:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Lucinda's rave reviews of the freak incident incite one of her girlfriends, another perfect virgin (M) to sneak out and masturbate in the place Lucinda described. Without expecting anything to happen she strips naked and blindfolds herself. Ralph shows up and doesn't disappoint, to put it mildly.

Hearing about that makes Lucinda jealous at first but also is what convince her to seek a second encounter herself. Does she find more about the nature of her lover, maybe, but not much, and not all she learned she shares with her girlfriends.

The most sexually experienced girl (S) in their group now is intrigued beyond ability to control herself, but she does ask Lucinda for a permission to seek an encounter. Lucinda reluctantly agree, on condition that like (M) she will remain blindfolded and Lucinda herself will be present. Ralph has no problem to have two girls at once. Lucinda learn much, and grow in her conviction that she should keep her knowledge to herself, especially after talking with (S), who is left very impressed but quite a bit confused. Lucinda manages to convince her that the most strange aspects shouldn't be shared even among girlfriends, mostly because (S) hopes to return for a repeat, what Lucinda leaves open but doesn't promise.

(M) is begging for a second date with Ralph and Lucinda agree to take her, on the same conditions, still mostly out of fear she may sneak there on her own again. On the way there they talk, and Lucinda instructs her that strange things may happen and exact details should remain secret. (M) agree saying she's not stupid and has already met Ralph after all. Ralph enjoy them both, and they enjoy Ralph and each other alike, and even talk to Ralph and feel him responding. Lucinda sets the next date and asks him to not approach anyone else in the meantime.

That set date with Lucinda alone is the first she and Ralph talk for real, and Lucinda express her fear of what might happen if people were to find out about Ralph. And as much as Lucinda enjoys love making with Ralph, she also realize how much fun it was to share, especially with (M), and that there's really no reason to be jealous as it takes nothing from him.

And so, next time (M) is invited back. Then (S) again. Then maybe even they both at once, with Ralph confirming he has no problem with that.

Meanwhile (F), another of their closest friends pouts. Ralph's girls have long stopped bragging, but still it's obvious there's something she's excluded from...

So just how many tentacles does Ralph actually have? Or as a shapeshifting monster perhaps, he has as many tentacles as required. It might get pretty crowded in the woods at night.

If he was shapeshifting wouldn't he turn into the humanoid of Lucinda's pre-Ralph dreams?
Are we including the six tentacles where his nose would be if he were human?

having put that much thought in, maybe you ought to write it...

having put that much thought in, maybe you ought to write it...

Much thought? Whu-ha-ha-haa. Nope.

Things like that take much more time and effort to type out than to come up with. And any expansion to full form would still need a frightening amount of detail I would be lost with and in. I don't seem to be able to write a thing from start to finish, and layered approach is just... boring? (As if I had tried, wasn't.) That English ain't a language I speak doesn't help either (seriously, it's almost strictly written-only for me; you won't understand a word when I tried to vocalize using Latvian phonetic alphabet... well, thus homonym errors aren't a problem for me, but I'm also blind to most puns, and my vocabulary is probably strange). If only I could automatically compile from some form of non vocal and mostly visual meta-language recordings captured while walking trough forest or splitting firewood, or any such...

Excuses, I know, false, but I have plenty, just like things in a backlog I maybe would want to write, perhaps even more... yep, just another batch of bad excuses, lol.

If you’re worried it won’t be good, just now that just like anything else, writing something bad is an important and unskippable step in writing something good.
