Name: Shauna
Age: 20
Appearance: (Picture provided) Crystal blue eyes, blond hair, and glasses, very light skin but toned.

Bio: Shauna was the newest teacher at Drift Valley Highschool, and as such she didn't know much of the staff, or of the students either. But she quickly amended that fact, and within a few days she had made more acquiantences than she could count. Having a natural beauty that nearly all the staff admired and most of the student body lusting for, Shauna was probably the most popular teacher in the schools history... and one of the youngest too.

OOC: This is a closed thread for now between myself and dragonrazor. More roles to be added later. PM if you would like to talk about characters to be used later.

Shauna pulled into the faculty parking lot and parked her car. Taking a sip of her mocha cappuccino she fixed her hair into the usual style and let out a sigh as she slumped in her seat. She grabbed her shoulder bag and headed out and into the school building.

She worked her way through the masses and managed to get into the faculty lounge without too much of a fuss. She fixed her unique necklace that hung just above her chest and glanced around the room. She had opened a few buttons from her shirt so that her cleavage showed through, enticing some of her cuter male colleagues. At any rate, after some chatting she headed to her first class of the day.

Name: Dane
Age: 18
Appearance:

Bio: Dane has spent the last four years of high school ignoring most of the people around him. That changed when his new teacher came in. He started being friendlier, and nicer. He always brings her in something for a snack, usually homemade, and helps her with attendance and other things.

Dane looked up, being the only person in the room at the time that Shauna came in. He grinned inwardly at her insistence that he called her Shauna. He stood up, then pulled something out of his backpack in a tin. He walked over, and set the tin down on her desk, opening it to reveal brownies. "Made you some fudge brownies last night. Complete with nuts." He smiled at her, then stretched. "What do we do today? Not many students actually coming into class."

Shauna opened up the few remaining windows that looked out over the soccer field. She liked where her classroom was situated: it had an awesome view, a great breeze from the winds, and the sun was always in the right spot. The room was also on the ground level, so she would sometimes sit on the window-sill and peer out with her feet dangling.

At any rate, as usual Dane was sitting down in his usual seat. When she came into the room he stood up and shuffled around. Wonder what he brought me today, she thought. Yesterday it had been an apple, and as corny as it sounds, she actually liked apples and the gesture.

"Made you some fudge brownies last night. Complete with nuts." Dane added opening his container. I smiled lightly, letting him know that I already brought some with me. He shrugged his shoulders.

"What do we do today? Not many students actually coming into class."

"Hrm..." Shauna added with a sigh of laziness. Glancing outside she saw a few trees that provided some shade. "I think we'll have class outside today. Thought you guys might like the fresh air."

Dane nodded, picking up a brownie and taking a bite. He chewed it, letting it soften, before swallowing it. "Good idea. Of course, it will probably be just you, me, and that shy girl with the green hair." He smiled, looking at her. "So, did you ever fix that problem with your neighbor? The one you said was flashing you?"

Shauna was slightly disappointed that the students today would number less than 5, but she understood, given the fact that many were heading off to their class trip in Europe. As she was new, Shauna was unfortunately ineligible to attend, so she stayed at the school till they got back next week.

She nodded at Dane as he initiated some small talk.

"Yes, it's been taken care of." She added and sat down at her desk. She rested her head inside her hand as she looked outside, but then glanced at her watch as the time went bye.

"Well, class doesn't start for a little while. You can do whatever you want till then. Do you want a pass to the library or something?" She asked.

Dane shook his head, then smiled. He sat back down in his desk. "What, afraid to be alone with little old me?" He stuck his tongue out at her, then opened his backpack and pulled out a video game. "Care for some headtohead?"

Shauna shook her head but laughed a bit. "I'm fine. Besides, you shouldn't have that here with you." She added sticking her own tongue out. Dane was attractive, and only 2 years her junior. She had to keep a professional mind to these kinds of situations, not to get attached to anyone. But he had such an innocent smile, and he walked without a care in the world.

"Arg, alright I'm game."

Dane grinned, then pulled out a second handheld, tossing it to her. The unit was WiFi, so she could sit wherever she wanted to. He hoped she'd sit next to him, of course, but he didn't dare say that out loud. He started up the game, smiling as he started playing. "So, when do we get to see your boyfriend?"

Shauna rolled her eyes at him. "Never, at least not intentionally. He's off at work right now." She added as she turned the system on, going to sit on the windowsill, her back leaning against the window frame, and the slight breeze blowing some of her hair into her eyes.

Dane grinned, and continued playing. He was glad she had decided to join him. He enjoyed spending time with her, and it almost sounded like she was trying to pretend she actually had a boyfriend. He wondered briefly if she did or not. Of course, it wasn't like a guy like him would cause her to go weak in the knees. He took a sip from the drink he head resting on the table, then continued playing.

After spending the remaining time playing the game, to which she unfortunately did not win, Shauna watched as the clock go bye, and realized that her other students were not showing up.

"Well, there goes my day. Hrmph." She added with a pout

Dane looked up, then smiled, and shut off the game system. "How about I treat you to lunch to make up for it?" He looked at her, smiling an impish grin. He tilted his head, looking at her calmly.

Shauna pointed in the direction of her bag.

"I already bought my own food. Besides, I'm not really allowed to socialize with my students. It's kindof against this schools policy. And besides, how would I justify leaving this classroom to go get lunch anyways?"

Dane shrugged, then stretched. "I can't believe I have to stay here till I graduate in four weeks." He shook his head, looking at her.

Shauna grinned at him.

"So how does it feel to be graduating anyways? Bet your scared." She smiled.
"Anyways, you ready for the finals?" she inquired, noting that he probably wasn't.

Dane shrugged. He had been ready for the finals the whole year. He stretched, then shook his head, and sipped his water. "I've been ready for a while. I'm wondering what I'll do after I get out."

"Well, as nice as it's been to have you here as my helper, you'll have to find a real job." She added with a smile.

"I mean, even I can see that the only things around this place staying for is the scenery. Other than that... boreville to the utmost." She added rolling her eyes. But she turned her attention back to Dane.

"So you think you're ready for my final?" she had a slight twinkle in her eye.

Dane grinned, then fixed her with a stare. "I'm ready for anything you can throw at me." He looked into her eyes, calmly studying her.

OOC: off to bed for night

Shauna stared right back, and she let a slight smile crack her face.

"Ok then, if you're so confident... how bout a game? I'll ask you questions, and if you get them right then..." Hrmmm... she thought. What could she do.
"I'll take off an article of clothing. But if you get them wrong, then I put my clothes back on and you take something off. Sound ok?"

Dane raised an eyebrow, then grinned. "Sure, why not. It would be a fun game." He sat back in the chair.

"Pfff. Sorry, but I'm not really being serious." She replied with a light tone.

"Like i'd just up and take my clothes off because you got an easy question right. Besides, there are other teachers in this building now. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't take the predicament very lightly."

Dane laughed, then turned his attention back to his game. He popped in a one player game, then hummed softly as he started playing. His philosophy was, let the girl come to you. It always worked, if the girl was interested. "So, what kinds of questions will be on the test?"
