the sweetest thing that you have ever seen?

All five of my kitties asleep in a pile together. They are usually brats, but that just made me love them so much. Otherwise they'd be O U T! (they have me mad right now)

a picture

of my nephew online the day he was born! I was living out of state and couldn't be there for my sister's first baby, and my first nephew! It was such a life saver and such a sweet picture.
Godbless the internet.

Hand in hand....

The first time my son, at age four, took my daughter's hand to help her walk down the hall of my office building. She was age two.

It was so spontaneous as to bring tears to my eyes.

I really want to post a pic of them right now, but for some reason posting their innocence on a porn site doesn't settle with me.

So based on my word alone, they are beautiful!

the look

the sweetest thing would have to be the look in my fiancee's eyes when i asked her to marry me....

i melted when i saw her eyes say yes before i heard the words....

My 7 year old daughter fell outside one day, and my 2 year old daughter comforted her. She held her and stroked her head. Then she bent down and kissed her owie. I cried like a baby.

I'm not sure that I can describe this so that anyone else will understand, but...

I sent photos of the most special things in my life to someone, and he understood. It filled my heart to brimming. Few, if any, ever get this...but he did. The sweetest thing.

19 Years later

and the picture is in my mind like a still photo. The sweetest thing I ever saw was my then husbands face and eyes, as he looked down at me when the Doctor said "It's a girl! ". Never seen eyes shine so brightly, a smile so big, as the tears poured and he leaned down and kissed me, whispering " I love you Mel" ...

*Sigh* Babies :)

Two things come to mind......

Two girls both mentally challenged defending a cat against the torment by two teenage kids. It made me cry when I saw them comforting the kitty the gentleness with which they held it.

The faces of my neighbors when she delivered her baby girl this past spring. Amidst my nervousness and the stress of an unexpected home delivery I will never forget that look of joy and instant love.

baby fingers and toes .......

they're just so amazingly perfect
