Okay from time to time superhero themed threads come up and just for fun this thread is for showing even talking about which one you'd most like to play in a thread. Show a pic of the character and maybe if you feel like it give your reasoning why you want to play them.

for me its Batman (mostly because so many of the threads I've read of people trying to play him get the character wrong or slip up on keeping the characterization consistent)

He's always been my favorite over batman, superman, spiderman, and wolverine combined since I was a kid. And images like this one make me very excited about Cap's movie coming this summer.

Veroe, I think we're too alike. I mean seriously, it's a little disturbing. I'm psyched for Captain America, though hesitant about Chris Evans doing the role. Still, this ones pretty much already got my money.

I'm going to have to put some thought into this, Cap was the first one that sprung to mind from a hero standpoint. But I'm definitely going to come up with someone for this thread.

There are others, although not technically superheros, the Joker (the Heath Ledger version), the Punisher or Brandon Lee's Crow.

Yeah the second movie bordered on making Tony a bit too flamboyant, though I liked Don Cheadle as (Jim Rhodes) War Machine over Terrence Howard.

That's cuz everybody has got him playing Johnny Storm in the FF movies in their minds. But I'm one of the eight people who saw Cellular and the character he played in that isn't too far from Cap. So I'm hopeful he can accomplish it. Anyway he has to be better than Peter Fonda (or was it Marc Singer-can't remember-don't wanna remember-please don't make me remember that) in the horrendous Cap movie from the 80's.

Oh and there's nothing saying you can't pick Cap too-hell, if it comes down to it I'll pick the New Cap since I dig Bucky slinging the shield as much as I did for Steve Rogers.
