The wind started to blow through the streets as the figure appeared as if out of nowhere. The person walked through the streets, the trenchcoat flying out behind it in the wind. The person looked left and right before continuing down the street, whistling a tune. Suddenly two people appeared out of nowhere and stopped the person where it was. One of the two people pulled out a knife and looked at the person with a smile before saying, "Okay, money and anything else that you have- now."
"You do not want to be doing this," the slightly melodic voice from underneath the hood.
"And who says that we don't?" the one with the knife said as he moved closer.
The person looked at the man with the knife with a cold stare that stopped the man in his tracks. The person then pushed back the hood, allowing her flowing golden hair free and looked at the man, "Well, if you must then you had better do something because I am getting slightly bored."

The man looked at the woman's face in awe and surprise and dropped the knife to the ground. The woman looked at the knife and then at the man with a smile before she moved closer. Before he knew what was happening she grabbed him and pulled the man closer, looking into his eyes.
"You people never seem to learn, do you," she said.
The man couldn't say a word before the woman let him go and pushed the hood back up then started to walk away.
"Totally pathetic," was all that she said.

The woman then saw what she had been looking for and walked towards the door then pushed it open, instantly getting assailed by the smoke from inside the bar. She walked into the place and took a seat near the bar then grabbed a glass of whiskey before turning the seat around and scanning the room.

Drake sat in the back of the bar a drink in his hand. His head was bent but it came up with the door to the bar opened and a hooded figure stepped. Her figure looked to be a womans but other then that her cloak and hood hid. Drake ran a hand through his black hair as he watched the figure with idle curiousity. Shrugging he went back to his drink and his sorrows.

As soon as the door opened the woman looked at it, her eyes going wide when she saw the person walk in. She started to get to her feet but as soon as she did the person that had just walked in saw her and turned, running back out of the bar. The woman said something under her breath before running out after him.

As soon as she got out of the bar she saw the man run into an alleyway and shook her head then ran off after him. As soon as she entered the alley she heard him shouting out, "Come on- open!"

"My my Andrew, you are not in a good position are you."

The man turned at the woman's voice, "Lexi, I was coming to see you to tell you what happened but I got side tracked."

Lexi threw back the hood that she was wearing and looked at Andrew with a cold stare. As soon as he saw the stare Andrew knew that he was not going to leave this alleyway. Lexi moved towards Andrew slowly and watched his every move. As soon as she was a few feet away she heard a click and saw the gun in his hand and thought You stupid bitch! before diving to the ground.

The bullets slammed into the ground as Lexi rolled across the ground and behind a dumpster. When she heard the click of the hammer hitting an empty chamber Lexi stood and walked back towards Andrew then before he could say a thing hit him with the palm of her hand, causing him to fly to the ground. As soon as he landed Lexi walked up to him and sat down on his chest then ran one finger down his cheek, looked him in the eyes and said, "Andrew, where is the money and if you don't tell me the truth you will not leave this alley."

"I swear that I don't know.... that's the truth!"

Lexi didn't say a thing, instead she raised her fist and slammed it into the side of his head hard enough to knock him cold then pulled out a set of handcuffs and put them around a low rung of a fire escape ladder then slapped them around Andrew's wrists. Lexi smiled then stood and walked out of the alley and back to the bar, leaving the hood down.

As soon as she walked back into the bar Lexi noticed the stares that she was getting but sat back down at the bar, oblivious to them.

Drake saw the woman enter and his breath left his lungs. She was one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen. He tried to tear his gaze away but it s eyes would not comply. Finally forcing his attentions away from her he looked to a man he knew sitting a few feet from him. His eyes were on the woman as well. This made Drake uncomfortable for some reason. He just shook his head returning to the drink trying to pretend the woman wasn't there, what an impossibility.

Lexi looked around the bar again and it was then that she noticed the man looking at her. She instantly recognized the look on the man's face and got up off her stool then walked to the table where the man sat. She looked down at him with a smile then leaned down, "Excuse me but is it okay if I sit with you."
"Of course you can sit with me," the man said.
Lexi sat down on the seat across from the man and looked at him with a smile while trying to think of what he wanted with her.

OOC: i'm going to assume you sat with me?

IC: Drakes gaze came up when the woman asked if she could sit with him. Finally finding his voice he said "Of course you can sit with me". Trying not to stare Drake had to wonder why this woman would choose to sit with him. He smiled somewhat shyly. "My name is Drake, and who might you be M'lady?"

"My name is Lexi and I was wondering what you wanted of me. I saw you watching me as I walked into the bar and I was wondering if you wanted me for something because if you don't want me for anything then I would tell you that it is best that you stay away from me."

Lexi said this to everyone that wanted to be with her but this man, Drake actually intrigued her as there was something about him that she could quite place. She looked at him and saw that he was actually quite handsome but she didn't want him to get into trouble by following her around everywhere like a love sick puppy.

"Want with you? That is a strange way to put it, I merely was curious why a beautiful woman such as yourself would be in a place like this" he watched her setting his face to hide all his thoughts. He didn't want her seeing who he truly was. Drake was a strong sorceror (OOC: did I spell that right?) and it seemed anyone he cared about was killed so he did his best to keep all his feelings to himself. Now watching this woman his emotions were in an upheavel. This was not good.

Lexi looked at Drake, a smile on her face. She knew that she was getting to this man and tried to figure out what he wanted with her. Someone here wanted her dead; she could feel it but it was not this person and then she realized that it was coming from the person behind her. Before Drake or the other man knew what was happening Lexi moved and pressed the blade of her small dagger into the man's back then moved back and said, "If you move then I will kill you."

She turned back to Drake, "Why am I here. That is a good question- I am here to find someone that I have been searching for for a long long time and I am told that he comes here often."

OOC: you spelt it perfectly.

OOC: Spelt? By the way, I'm guessing this is sorta like Wild West movies, but with magic. Am I right?

IC: He walked slowly, methodically, through the small town. He went into the bar, his hood and trenchcoat covering him up well. He went to the bartender. "Your finest bourbon. I'll be watching for it's brand and your piss", he hissed quietly, slapping some money down and walking to a table. He glanced around the room slowly, taking in his surroundings. "An average town with an average bar", he thought to himself. He checked the six-shooters at his side. The highest quality available. Each of his bullets had a dragon inscribed on the side. He pulled his pistols free of their holds, and loaded his bullets in, taking the time to check every aspect of the gun. His hand then strayed to the sword at his side, then to a staff and rifle on his back. His trenchcoat, all black, billowed slightly as a few other customers entered the bar. His eyes strayed back to two people he had previously seen. One was obviously a woman. A good fighter at that. Noticeable because she had a small blade pressed to someone's throat. The other was, at closer inspection, a sorceror male. He waited for his hunters to arrive. It wouldn't be too long now. They had tracked and followed him all for over 500 miles. It would come to an end at this little town.

Drake stood up his eyes wide with surprise, "Who is supposed to be meeting you? And if you don't mind me asking why do you have a knife pressed to that man's neck?" Drake felt it then, an immense hostility towards the woman and it was comming from the man. Drake nodded not needing an answer as he sat calmly back down sipping his drink. "Is there anything I may help you with?"

Lexi looked at Drake with a smile and said, "Yeah, there is something that you can help me with. I need you to come with me and hold this person, I will use that term loosely while I question him. I could do it myself but I have a feeling that I will need you to hold him while I question him."
Lexi looked at Drake as she pressed the knife into the man's side and leaned back, "You and me are going outside you piece of dirt and if you do anything close to trying to escape I will have no hesitation but to kill you."

Drake nodded and finished his drink. Standing up he walked over to the guy and grabbed him roughly holding him with an Iron grip. "Lead the way M'Lady" he said a smile playing on his lips.

Lexi walked out of the bar with Drake and the other person following close behind. As they walked to the alley Lexi wished that Drake wasn't there as she wanted to talk to this person by herself but she realized that she might need him. As soon as they got into the alley Lexi grabbed the man and slammed him up against the wall nearest them.
"Now tell me what the fuck you want with me."

He stood up slowly, almost bored, and then positioned himself at the door. He stared out, bemused, as the woman grabbed the man. He reclined against the doorway, tired, but constantly checking his beloved pistols. All the time staring at the woman and men.

Drake watched as Lexi held the guy against the wall. He usually wasn't interested in woman who could beat the shit out of a guy but for some reason watching Lexi made him more interested then he though possible. Frowning he shook his head turning his thought back to the problem at hand.

The man looked at Lexi with a smug look and said, "What do you mean. I don't want you for anything."
Lexi looked at the man with a smile before she slammed her fist into the man's abdomen, causing him to double over and fall to the ground. It was then that she heard a click and as the man stood he held a gun in his hand.
"How did you know that I was waiting for you. I was trying to be as discreet as possible but for some reason you knew I was there- how did you know that I was there?"
Lexi moved quickly, too quickly for either the man or Drake to follow and grabbed the gun out of the man's hand. She threw it to the street and turned to the man then said, "Now that that is out of the way- tell me who sent you and I might let you live."
"Not a chance. I will never tell you."
Lexi's hand shot out and caught the man on the side of the jaw, rocking it to one side. The man looked at Lexi and was about to say something but before he could a shot rang out and the man's hand went to his chest as blood flowed on either side of it.

Lexi went down to one knee and looked at the man then looked around to see where the shot had come from but she knew that she wouldn't see anything. She turned back to the man and looked down at him, knowing that he was alread dead, "Shit!" she screamed out.

He drew the pistol quickly, and spun around, shooting one of the patrons who had suddenly approached him with a very menacing mace. That put the rest of them down some. He suddenly heard wagon wheels and horses. "Huh. Didn't think they'd be here already", he grunted impassively, kicking the corpse away. He pulled another bullet free and loaded the six-shooter. He pulled out it's partner, and stepped outisde. On the horses rode menacing, dark-cloaked figures. Red eyes glowed within the hoods. he waited for them to come to him. They all dismounted, and the others came out of the multiple wagons. "Ah, Renthar, we have hunted you long", one said. "Well, my little assholes, I've decide to stand here", Renthar retorted. His hands came up automatically, and he pressed the triggers like a madman, rotating. Only one round hit each of the figures, but that was enough. They gave a terrible screech, then collapsed into clothes and smoke. But he only could shoot 12 out of the assembled 150 before he had to reload. He shout out a small fire wave to confuse them, then rolled back into the bar. He quickly reloaded, at the same time doing his best to ignore the shots they fired after him. After he had reloaded, he stood up in front of the window. He shot off his pistols again, then quickly yanked his rifle off. He fired it once, and it tore up ten of them. He ducked again, and placed the guns back in their holsters. He pulled his staff free and put it into one hand, while a broad sword went into the other. He charged outside once again, and shot a fireball. "Retreat!" roared one, appearing to be their leader. He cast Renthar one backward glance. "We'll be back Renthar! Expect us at midnight!" their leader roared. Renthar sighed and walked back inside, watching as the locals stared at him curiously. "What!?" he shouted, and they quickly turned away.

morneth

as i walked down the road i saw a man and a very intriging women stand over someone who was shot. Then man had a magical sense to him.I started to walk over there carful to keep my hand by my dagger."

OOC: Uh, is it just me or is everyone ignoring my character altogether. I mean, there's juts been a pretty big shootout, damnit!

OOC: I am not ignoring your character Morgoth.... just trying to get the story started and we do need you character in it. Just give me some time.

OOC: Okay, I'll let you get away with it this time. But do make it fast.

Lexi looked around for the person who had just shout the man that she was holding but knew that she wouldn't see a thing and with all the confusion of the gunfight she knew that she never would. She was about to turn but before she could she felt that something wasn't quite right with the area and looked up to see that something was looking down at her, something that was not meant to be there.
"Oh shit.... no a seer. I don't want it going back to its master!"
She turned to Drake.
"I need your help to get that thing."

OOC: Okay.... basic story line- Lexi was a bounty hunter who was double crossed by her partner. He became a powerful crime figure and Lexi is trying to bring him down by any means possible. There is going to be a twist in there somewhere but I will get to that when possible.
