Have you ever been at a loss for a story idea? Have you seen those requests for role plays where the person says they don't have any specific ideas and want you to come up with something? Or maybe you are like me and have way too many ideas that would make good stories but you know you'll never get around to playing them most likely. Well, this is the place for you.

The idea is simple. If you have a story idea that you don't care if anyone else uses, or have an excess of ideas that you just want to share, post them here. If you need an idea for a story, come here to read the ideas that others have posted. Maybe you'll want to use one of them, or maybe something you read will inspire a different idea in your own mind.

I want this to be another great resource for the community. But I want to be clear; this is not a request by me to get people to play these ideas with me. I am already loaded up on stories, and have precious little time to reply to them all as it is. But I have always thought that the ideas that occur to me are not proprietary, and I just want to share them with people. The one thing I would love to ask is that if someone uses an idea that I've posted here, how about sending me a link to it in a PM so I can read along? If I post an idea here, it's because I think it would make a good story and I just won't be able to do it, or at least not anytime soon.

Hopefully others will feel the same way that I do and post their ideas that they'd like to share here too.

I'll start off with three ideas so as not to overload the post. But don't worry, I'll be adding plenty more.

____________________________________________________________________________________

1) One Life to Live: A woman who has lived a very straight and sheltered life, sexually, is diagnosed with a fatal condition and doesn't have much longer to live. She decides to do all the things she never had but always imagined or fantasized about. This would be a group thread of sorts, but not all would jump in at once. Rather, whoever plays the woman would live out her fantasies with one partner at a time for brief encounters, then the thread would open for another partner. Maybe at some point, there would be room for multiples if that was her next fantasy. Both males and females would be required for this one.

2) Twice Dead: In a zombie apocalypse future a female vampire finds herself in the odd position of having to fight to save humans to conserve her food supply from the ravening zombie hordes. In one such incident, she defends a survivor (could be male or female) from being overrun by hundreds of zombies by helping the survivor make a stand in a barricaded building. The price she demands for her help puts the survivor in a sticky situation. But after all, blood can be replaced; flesh, not so much.

In the days or weeks that follow, they each find out that there is something else that the other can provide. Each one finds the stimulation of someone else intelligent to interact with, (and sexy enough to find other interesting ways of interacting) to be something they missed more than they thought. They end up caring about each other quite a bit.

3) Cyberia: In the future, VR, computer animation, CGI and computing have all been advanced to the point of near perfection, largely due to the efforts of the entertainment and video game industries. As a result, society has been changed by this technical revolution. Virtual experiences, like vacations, are purchased by the well to do. For those less well off, virtual memories of such experiences can be had on the budget rate. Cyber experiences have even replaced many recreational drugs.

But the most compelling change of all is in prison reform. No longer is it necessary to build and maintain massive structures to house dangerous criminals. Instead, they are jacked in to a VR network, strapped to lounge beds, and maintained through IV sustenance. They are kept controlled by nearly constant 'feeding' of VR/CGI 'lives'. The system employs massive numbers of programmers, special effects artists, script writers, and VRex Monitors.

One such Monitor develops feelings for one of the 'Dreamers' in her charge, and surreptitiously introduces her own 'scripted experiences' into his normal programming, consisting of various sexual and romantic encounters starring her own CGI avatar. She herself 'jacks in' to monitor him and experiences these encounters with him. Eventually, they fall in love virtually, and she plots his escape from the facility in real life, only they find that they cannot relate in the real world.

A few more to choose from:

1) I'd do anything for you, Sis!: Twin sisters, very close, the link between them almost psychic. One night while out together, an attacker shoots one of the sisters as she steps forward to protect her twin. Later, in the hospital on her death bed, the two sisters are discussing the sacrifice she made. The surviving sister says something to the effect that she would do anything for her sister, anything! "Anything?" becomes the final words as her twin dies, but it becomes a promise bound over to the afterlife.

The sister who dies remains in spirit form to haunt her twin. The surviving twin has always been the safe, conservative, cautious one in life, while the one who died was always the risk taker. Now that she is a spirit, she craves the physical sensations she used to enjoy, especially sexually. She haunts her sister, coercing her to fulfill the deathbed promise by letting her occupy her body temporarily. The time she can do this is limited, so she must get her sister to set up the adventurous situations for sexual fun, and then at the last moment, the spirit twin steps in to live the experience.

The surviving sister is quite uncomfortable at first, not wanting to do those kinds of sexually explicit things, especially with people who are strangers to her. But as time passes, her twin's spirit gets her into more and more of these situations, and she begins to enjoy them for her own sake as well as her twin's.

2) Lost: A woman who has been keeping herself isolated since losing her husband, the love of her life, is talked into taking a kayaking trip along the coast of Oregon/Washington/Alaska (Someplace very wild) with some friends. Of course the idea is to set her up with someone to try to break her self imposed loneliness. She reluctantly agrees to go on the trip, and things are going okay, though she really isn't hitting it off with the guy that her friends picked out to set her up with.

But while trailing a little behind in her kayak, a storm comes up and separates her from her friends drastically. Maybe it ruins her kayak and forces her ashore along a stretch of wilderness, stranding her there. She wanders into the forest, hoping to find a highway or road or some sign of civilization, but gets lost.

Unbeknownst to her, she is being watched by a hermit who lives in these woods. He too has been alone for a long time. Will he help her as a friend? Will he capture her as an intruder in his territory? Could she possibly fall in love with any man other than her husband?

3) Back to the Stone Age --Well, the idea I had involves the near future. It's world war again, and this time, it's threatening extinction to mankind. As with all wars, it is a spur to technological advancement, mostly in the realm of cheaper, better, more efficient ways to kill one's fellow man.

But a small group of scientists are working on a time travel device and end up making an incredible break through. They are sponsored by the military powers of course, who want to be able to travel back in time to assassinate the leaders of the country opposed to them. But the scientists are sick of their inventions being used against humanity, and they have a different idea.

They have been working with paleontologists and anthropologists to determine the exact period of time when human shifted from being a matriarchal peace loving agrarian society to being a patriarchal nomadic war-like raider society. Their plan is to send a team back in time before the military can confiscate their invention, to introduce just enough advancement to the more peaceful farming societies to allow them to resist the depredations of the raiders, thereby hoping that they can tip the process of human societal evolution towards a peaceful future instead of a constantly war-like future.

The team who will go back know it's only a one way trip. They will not be able to return, and only two can go, one man, one woman. Each is a scientist in their own right, the woman is an anthropologist, the man is a paleontologist. Going back means losing all contact with their families and loved ones, and never being able to enjoy the benefits of civilization again. But they are both dedicated to saving their species from extinction.

The story would be about how their experiences in 'first contact' and the carrying out of their mission unfolds as they try to adapt to conditions they each have only studied in theoretical ways until this point in their lives.

Their mission might be to simply observe at first until it can be determined how to best make contact. But maybe the mission goes awry when one of them gets killed. (Probably the male, since I don't feel real comfortable playing male characters.) Maybe the female gets captured by the tribe before she can make contact on her own terms. She would be something of an oddity to them, but she still could introduce new things to them, just in a different way.

1) It Cums With the House: --A young female realtor sets up a showing for a handsome young man, perhaps a talented sports professional who has been assigned to her city, but not a huge celebrity, more like minor league, but a big fish in this smaller pond, or potentially so. He is just known enough for her to be impressed and a little starstruck, but not overwhelmed.

As she is showing him the property, pointing out all the features, they enter a room that contains a large erotic painting along with a thick cushioned couch as the only furnishings. The couch is more of a lounger, like a divan from an old Victorian era baudy house, upholstered in crushed red velvet or something equally decadent. The portrait is of a nude woman obviously in the throes of orgasm. Her eyes seem to follow the viewer around the room, making direct contact from any angle the portrait is viewed. This gives the effect of personalizing the viewer, making them feel as if the look of ecstasy on her face is one they are giving her, or sharing with her.

The portrait could be of a madame who used to run a house of prostitution in the property, or perhaps it is of someone who used to own the property who never really was able to get fulfillment in life. But either way, the spirit of the person inhabits the property, and the portrait is their focus. The spirit seeks vicarious pleasure and sexual fulfillment from those who come into the house by influencing them through the portrait, causing extreme arousal and loosening of inhibitions.

Obviously the realtor and the young man, though they have hardly met before, are destined to get together thanks to the influence of the portrait. But the story could continue if the man decided he wants to buy the house specifically so he can use the portrait to have a constant stream of willing lovers in his new swinging bachelor love nest.

2) A Vision of Innocence - I had the idea of a mystery story. A serial killer is on the loose, but the cops cannot seem to catch him. No matter what leads they follow, it seems as if he is one step ahead of them. It's almost as if he knows every move they make, every police procedure of the investigation.

Desperate for any break as the victim count mounts higher and higher, the department brings in help in the form of a psychic. She is assigned to the investigating detective as his new partner. Of course he doesn't believe in that psychic mumbo jumbo....that is until her intuition starts giving her insight into the killer's actions. When the visions she gets of the killer and the crime scenes start seeming all too familiar, the hard boiled detective has no choice but to take her seriously... And when the visions begin to reveal who the real killer may be, the young psychic finds herself in danger of becoming the killer's next victim.

3) The Wager - In a fantasy world where brawny males seem to dominate, a clever female (magic user or thief maybe?) comes into possession of a certain magical artifact that has a power that will profoundly change her life. She discovers what it can do and decides to put it to work for her.

One night in a tavern, while enjoying the flirtatious attentions of a he-man type adventurer, she makes a playful wager where they each put their bodies on the line. It will be worded to the effect that leads the muscle bound hero to think that he really can't go wrong because either way he gets to enjoy the girl sexually. (Something like, If I win, I get to use your body, if you win, you get to use mine.)

In actuality, it's the girl who stands to win either way, because the artifact she possesses has the power to swap their bodies and spirits from one to the other. No matter how the bet turns out, she'll get to be the big muscular hero male, though she'll have her own mind and personality, and he finds himself in the body of this sexy little slip of a girl, faced with being a girl in a burly man's world.

1) How Mountain Girls Can Love.--Lory-beth's daddy made moonshine, the best in 12 counties. So did his daddy before him, and his grand daddy too. But as luck would have it, there were no sons to take over the family business, and only one lazy nephew who showed no interest. But from when she was a little girl, Lori-beth followed her daddy to the still one day and got her behind tanned for it. Still she persisted in following her daddy until he finally relented and let her come along. She learned the best ways to make moonshine, whether it's white lightening or mountain dew.

Now Lori-beth's daddy is gone, and she's taken up the trade. But Lori-beth has a secret. She's figured out how to combine her momma's apple pie recipe with the process for making shine, and developed a new kind of apple jack moonshine. It could be the most popular moonshine ever! But will it be more popular than the lovely mountain girl's charms that every one seems to want?

(This story revolves around Lori-beth and her dreams of a better life through the sale of her secret recipe moonshine. But for a poor mountain girl, getting along ain't easy and she has to use her feminine charms to get what she wants and needs. The story could include topics such as incest (with her cousin), Older men, maybe even women.)

2) Amazon Warrior Sisters: This is the story of a Hesperian (Amazon) warrior on the front lines of a border war with a Nubian race of warriors called the Quaddani. She is nearly burnt out on battle and war. The place where she is stationed has been hit hard in the fighting, and the Amazons stationed there have lost most of their pride and spirit. It is just after a recent battle that did not go well for the Amazons and there is just a little down time in camp before they will have to fight again. On the eve of another battle that is sure to be the toughest yet, the camp gets in a load of new reinforcements: green troops that hunger for the glory of battle, but have never seen the brutal realities of war. Some adventurous lady could be one of the new reinforcements that the weary veteran decides to take under her wing to protect her and keep her alive. They'd be close because of their dependence on each other for their lives in battle, and being from an all woman dominant society, they might be close for other reasons too. If not, they would get close on the eve of battle. This one would require two writers who could write a good combat scene in the style of a good gladiator or Greek/Roman movie like 'Troy' or '300'.

3) Opposites Attract: An elf warrior is assigned to guard and perhaps transport a captured drow/dark elf prisoner. The guard or the prisoner could be of either gender, both could be the same gender even. Through conversation and interaction, they discover they have much more in common than they ever realized. It turns out that the drow/dark elf was captured while trying to escape some terrible condition in their homeland, which the elf guard can't help but sympathize with.
