Sarah sighed as she went over her biology notes one last time, brushing her hair back from her face. She was a pretty girl, 21 years old with long brown hair and eyes. She had a fit, slender figure from her many years taking ballet classes.
She glanced at her watch and saw that Robert likely wouldn't be here for at least another 45 minutes. He was going to pick her up at midnight. She smiled at how overprotective he could be. She had her own car, but he never liked her to drive back to the dorm alone. He didn't even like her walking in the parking lot by herself when she closed up the electronics store at night.
Finally she closed her book and sat back to wait. She seemed well prepared for tomorrow's test. She was very grateful that Mr. Summers, her boss, let her use the little back office after hours to study. It was much quieter than the dorm.
She smiled to herself again as she thought of Robert. He was such a great boyfriend. Not many guys would be so understanding of her wish to be a virgin on her wedding night but he seemed to understand. They were going to be married after their graduation in June and then she would be his and only his forever.
Suddenly she jumped as she heard the crash of glass in the main part of the store. She quickly turned off the light and squatted down on the floor, her heart pounding.
