These online liaisons are nebulous at best. you are not unworthy of affection at all..just try to keep it in perspective. You are very worthy of affection, and it sounds like they are the ones that are not worthy...keep it moving and you will be fine.

Is there really proper etiquette for dumpling somebody online?

I've always wondered that. Will an email satisfy? Or does it have to be over voice?

See it's harsh. When I don't want to be friends with somebody in real life, I'd just avoid them and it's so much easier to avoid somebody over the internet right?

Well, you should start thinking what was wrong. Sometimes it's them, sometimes it's you...usually in these situations everyone is a little at fault

But in the end, you could even just think "fuck, in any case, they didn't deserve me". That's easy, and usually works well also for self-esteem

This made me laugh out loud, and no, not because you got dropped by two in the same night, rather your succinct description. Brilliant.

And yes, sadly that's the way of the internet world. I haven't exactly been dropped per say, but certainly 'they' quickly lose interest. I don't take it personally, just one of those things. But I wish all the best of luck on their eternal search for someone half decent. Or failing that, loaded beyond belief so I can live out my days in luxury. Ya know, so I can blow it all on hats and go to Disney Land! Yay!
