This one goes out to all my fellow Halloween lovers. Where you all at?

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday. Christmas is overrated and stressful. Halloween is about being someone else for a night, misbehaving, and eating candy of all varieties!

So, here's a place to share your favorite things about Halloween, Halloween memes, costumes (sexy or otherwise) or memories.

What are your go-to Halloween movies?

The original Wicker Man gets played every year in my house.
Only saw this for the first time maybe 10-15 yrs ago. It was disturbing the first time seeing it😮. One of my favorites without a doubt.

I think I’m going to become a Druid this year!?🤔

I do love pumpkin carving. Are you a stencil or freehand carver? I've done a bit of both depending on how creative I'm feeling that year.

Favorite costume?

I made a Papier-mâché dinosaur skull and asteroid, added a hooded robe and went as the Grim Reaper of the Mesozoic.

I have watched the Halloween movies so many times I think I can actually skip them this year. I watched Hocus Pocus 1 and 2 with my kids this year. Those are always staples in our house. When the young ones go to bed I get the scary stuff out. Rosemary's Baby is one of my favorite classics, as well as The Shining. And Ghostbusters, which my costume this year is based on. Can't wait!

Pumpkin carving though, is my favorite. 🎃
Halloween (1978) is in theaters everywhere this week. If you are going to watch it, seeing it on the big screen is the way to go. That’s my favorite horror movie ever and seeing it huge for the first time was awesome!!! It has never looked or sounded better. 🎃

Just read a short story called “Night Side” by Joyce Carol Oates.
Pretty good story about the afterlife, seances, and paranormal stuff.

The ending has really stuck with me. 29 pages of delight!

Anyone else have any favorite spooky stories you like to visit on this night of thinly veiled dimensions?
