OOC: Thought i'd try something other then the norm' here on the boards. Lets see how it goes, or if it goes anywhere. I would like to have post with decent amount of detail and size, You don't need to be a novelist, but you shouldn't be a quick one liner either. I don't mind if anyone wants to be a regular customer or an employee, just let me know who you want to be.
Shop Name: My Achilles Heel
Shop Owner and Operator: Jason
Age: 27
Height: 5' 10
Weight: 175
Build: Average, he has muscle tone, but he isn't a body builder.
Description: Jason was slightly tanned, and he had dark brown hair. His hair was short, which he wore messy. Easy to maintain and get ready in the morning.
Background: Jason grew up in a middle class family of 5. He was youngest of his siblings. His oldest sister, Megan was 3 years older, and his middle sister Cindy was a year older. With three older women in his life, and the lack of a father made him grow up faster then anyone else. Jason's father died in a routine traffic stop which went sour.
IC:
Having lost his father when he was 7. He was the man of the house fairly early in life and became the "man" that was needed in his family, but he was exposed to many of the quirks of a womans life as well. Especially shopping and fashion. His mother and sisters took him shoe shopping and clothes shopping at least every weekend. So when he was givin his inheritence when he turned 21 he did what he knew best. He opened up a shoe store. It was rough those first few years, trying to get established, enticing people to enter the store and buy his selection, but he strived. Jason had found a storefront for his establishment, with a living space in the back. It had its privileges. He could wake up and be at work and he didn't have to commute home either. And he was able to stave a few robberies from occuring.
Being open for 6 years allowed Jason the luxury of making his store more personal. He had couches in the middle of the room with the shoes against the walls. The entire right wall covered in heels, ranging from pumps to 5 inch heels. Open and closed toed. On the small left wall just before the boots were the remaining small collection of 6 inch heels and flip flops.
Jason stood at the counter, it was about 11 am and the store was empty. Jason had just opened the shop an hour ago and not a single person had shown up since. There were a few regulars who like the selection he had and came by at least once a month, but he did like helping new patrons.
