He hoped the house was presentable. His potential applicant to share expenses was due to show up soon. This would be the first time Bob ever had a female roommate. As a young business professional, it would be great to save a few bucks and allow more funds for entertainment.
He was tired of the guys and the really wild parties with too many unknowns hanging around for hours. While not the best house, it was well laid out with complete master suites on opposite ends and the shared kitchen/dining/great room in the middle. And a nice laundry and half bath just before the back exit to an enclosed yard and hot tub.
Almost 1 PM, she should be here soon.
