Oh come on, it isn't that bad. Bear in mind that English is not his(her) native language and make allowances. I can usually understand the gist of these ideas without any difficulty at all. Even you have to admit that over the last month (s)he has submitted more story ideas than the rest of us put together, and most of them are reasonable.
