Hello there Basically the idea here is that if you need some time and some space just to relax, chill out and calm down you can come in here and do so.

Whenever I am online I'll bump this thread so you'll know someone is around. You can come here to talk to me (I'm a good listener) or if you want to keep things private any of you are welcome to PM me and I will listen (well read really*L*) at any time, but if you want a fairly immediate answer,wait till I've posted here

So come in,sit down and relax. Post calming, relaxing pics or verses or phrases or just sit and chat with the others here. There's no strict rules, just keep it calm and inviting and lets all just relax for a while.

I have brenda's chicken in the oven (well it's not hers but it is her recipe.I don't know who brenda is though, it was a recipe written on a sheet in a cook book we bought at the weekend) and will be going off to eat it in 15 mins or so
