'I wish I knew her name' Max thought as he watched his new downstairs neighbor walk from her car to door below his. He remembers watching her unpack her Camry a week ago. All she had was two medium sized carboard boxes and a suit case. It was a studio so room was limited but two boxes and a piece of luggage seemed awfully light. 'Maybe she had it all delivered when I wasn't here,' he thought. She was about 5'6". beautiful red flame-like hair, and a voluptuous body which Max couldn't help thinking about. He went to his lounger, sat, and began daydreaming about his new neighbor...

::Julie quickly trotted up the steps of her new apartment complex. The building and the area surrounding it was more than she could ask for. Perfect location, just far enough from the busy downtown area, and the building was neatly kept...the neighbors were a variety of people, even some close to her own age of twenty-seven. Although she hadn't had a chance to meet too many of them yet. In fact, taking time to meet up with had become a less important part of her life lately. She had just moved out of an apartment that she lived in with another woman who had recently gotten married. Now she was working as an assistant to an interior designer. Everyday she was running around to different parts of the city, taking calls and setting appoints for clients. Of very little time to just sit around and relax.

Now reaching her new apartment, she glanced up and down the hall hoping to see one of her neighbors. No one in sight. She shrugged and stepped into her new home. A small smile curled over her youthful face as she eyed her far from furnished apartment. Wasn't that just the thing...a decoraters walls to be bare. The room was equipped with a futon which served both the funtion of couch and bed for the time being. On either side of it stood a low table. Across the room, sitting on a short pli-wood table was a small tv. In the corner the carpet fell away to a tiled kitchen area. And of course a door on the opposite room led into a minute bathroom. Compact, but it was home. It was all she needed for right now.

The room, however, did have a small balcony. A small luxary that today was calling her name. Pulling on a tank top and a pair of cut-off shorts she wandered out onto her balcony and settled down on it. She closed her eyes as the warm spring sun bathed her exposed skin::

'Damn it' Max thought as he got up from the semi-comfortable chair and walked out onto his flora funished balcony,' I really need to talk....'
Suddenly he felt not as alone as he peered over his balcony and saw the his the angel of his dreams down below. The wheels in his head started turning and a sly grin crossed his face.
Grabbing his half-full plastic milk container out of the fridge he went to his sink and poured it out. Max then half unbuttoned his Margaritaville shirt and headed down to the lower level, empty milk container in hand.

Julie

::Only a few minutes had passed from the time she stepped out onto her balcony and sat down to sun. The bright sun bathed her in warm soothing light. She layed back, her heands folded behind to in order to prop her head up from the wooden deck. Closing her eyes, she let the cool spring breeze swim through her tresses of red and wash over her tender skin::
