The Recycled Book Covers Challenge

I noticed how many writing challenges are going on, and wondered if anyone was interested in trying to write a story based upon the cover of a vintage 1950's pulp fiction novel.

There is a website that offers these paperback reprints, as well as on other products.


For example —


Perhaps you would like to wear a camisole embroidered with “I, B.I.T.C.H.”

Or give your boss a bumper sticker saying “DYKES ON BIKES.”

Maybe your boyfriend would like to wear boxer shorts labelled “DONOVAN'S BRAIN.”

And possibly that aunt who always gave you socks for Christmas, would appreciate a wall clock, that displays “HOW CHEAP CAN YOU GET?”
