France and Germany right now have the largest weapons sales to Iraq (which doesn't strike me as coincidental).

The reason the inspectors knew how many shells there were is because they had identified that many the last time they were there and Hussein flatly refused to destroy them. They're still working off of information that is, at best,4 years old.

Now Iraq has fessed up to having a bomb we already knew they had 400 of, full of what Blix himself calls a biological agent. They revealed this information about 4,000 days after we called them on it. I figure that at this pace, those Al-Samoud rockets will be destroyed sometime in 2013.
