Katherin Renolds was 23 with long blonde hair braided down her back, and dark blue eyes, she was slender of build standing at 5ft 4in, and weighing around 120lbs, she built up muscles in her arms and legs from riding horses, and working on the Ranch.

Katherine’s parents had died in a car wreck leaving the Ranch in Montana to both her and her older brother Tom, but it had wound up being Katherin who took over the job, and moved in. Her brother wanting nothing to do with it because he had a family of his own and a good job they hadnt spoken sence.

It had been three years since she had taken over repairing the house.. Fixing up the stables and fences.. It had taken everything she had to get that far, but unfortunaly it wasn’t enough.

She needed a partner to help with the horses and a crew, or the bank was going to take the Ranch from her. They already had a few buyers up for the property, and Katherin didn’t know what she was going to do.

She had even thought about selling and asking the owner to allow her to stay and run the place for them, but it was damn hard to think about giving up her parent’s home to anyone even if she were allowed to stay.

Saddling up her horse she road out to check the fences to see if that blasted stallion had knocked down another post or jumped fence again to get into their neighbors field what was his name again??

Damned if she could remember the place had belonged to the O' Connor family for as long as she could remember and had been passed down to one of their boys she just couldn’t remember which one. Well she would find out soon if that stallion got out again.

Michael O'Connor was the son who ended up with the ranch. He was the eldest and had been on the ranch the longest so it was willed to him when both his parents were too old to care for much of the ranch. He had built up quite the body doing a lot of the heavy work over the years and getting closer to 30 hadn't changed much of that. His light brown hair was usually hidden in a baseball cap, a bit of the city look for this cowboy. He was tall at 6'2'' and he looked like a mountain when he was on top of his horse.

He also was out surveying his ranch as he moved along the perimeter after checking on the barns and stables. He noticed the young woman in the distance as he smiled to himself. He had heard about what happened to the Renolds and figured that must be their daughter. He thought he should make nice with his neighbor as he galloped over towards her coming to a slow trot only a few yards from her. A smile formed over his face as he titled his head back some as he lifted the brim of his baseball cap. "Morning Miss Renolds...?" He said that almost in question hoping she was who he thought she was.

Seeing someone ridding in her direction from the O'Connor's Katherin smiled seeing that it was Michael and was glad to see him.

Some of his brothers could be a little on the rough and tumble sort, but a good lot all the same. 90 % of the guys in town liked to try and pick fights with them simply because of their size, and some of the boys were more than willing to accept, but Michael never fought unless pushed as far as she knew.

She had gone to class with the youngest of the O'Connor boys David and had never really liked him, but on occasion when she had seen Michael around town he had been the nicest out of the group if she rememberd right there were 4 boys in all Michael being the oldest.

Hello Michael its good to see you.. My stallion hasnt jumped fence again has he? She asked hoping that he hadnt but knowing that the stubborn animal probably had.

Perhaps as being the oldest of the brothers he wanted to set the example for his siblings but it didn't also turn out the way he planned it. He leaned forward slightly in the saddle as he watched her a moment. He then turned his head looking over his one shoulder towards another section of the ranch. "Well... I believe so because that horse out there." He lifted his one hand and pointed to another area. "Doesn't quite look like one that I have seen before on this ranch."

He turned his attention back to her as he smiled shrugging his shoulders some as he leaned back a bit. "If ya like I can bring him back for you Miss Renolds." He was ready to turn his horse around at the slighest sign that it was what she wanted.

Katherin smiled and nodded I would appreceate the help. I cant seem to keep that blasted horse pinned unless i am breeding him. she said ridding with him to see if they could catch the stallion before he hopped another fence to trampled any crops or begain fighting with Michael's stallion.

He nodded as they rode towards her horse. He smirked when she said the only way to keep him in one place is by breeding him. "Sounds like the typical guy. The only way to keep him around is by offering sex. It does work... for a little while."

He slowed down as they approached her stallion as he turned his head loooking to her once more. "So how do you want to go about this... it is your horse after all."

Katherin grined at his comment knowing that for most men that was veryt true. As she picked up the rope hooked to her saddle horn she looked over at him meeting his eyes as she spoke. well we can do this one of two ways. I can dismount and see if he'll let me walk up too him, or we can spred out and rope him and bring him in that way. she said looking over at him.
