Don't bitch because I didn't list Courtney Love. Being married to a dead rock star doesn't qualify.

Who did I miss?

Well, from that list I chose Ann Wilson. Her sister has actually done more musically, but Annie still has the pipes.

Yeah, I know.

I could only list ten though.

I had a tough time leaving David Cassidy off the poll.

I saw a benefit concert the other night,

Sheryl Crow rules.

She sings, plays a little lead, plays some rhythm, plays good bass, she sings, she writes, she rocks, I want to have her children.

Stevie Nicks was there for a couple of tunes, I thought the poor old bag was gonna fall off her stilts. Quite sad.

LOL about Stevie:D Shes lookin pretty rough these days. As for Sheryl Crow a very talented women.:)

You guys must live in a void or all be Generation X kids! This is only one Queen of Rock.....

TINA TURNER!

Perhaps an honorable mention to Diana Ross.

You put both those Wilson girls in there but no Bonnie Raitt?

Bonnie Raitt kicks ass and has been doing it for a very very long time, just like her dad did it before her.

She gets my vote, hands down.

Tina has to be my pick for queen, but I am suprised no one has nominated Gwen Stefeni for princess.

I'm absolutely with Cym on this one. But I have to admit that I have a reflexsive jerk of the pencil to Tina Turners box. (No pun intended there.)

They both have proven longevity and quality.

The reason that I went with Bonnie though is that she hung in there and paid mega dues to get the recognition she so richly deserved. I remember seeing her in small clubs in the early 70's.

Early Cindy Lauper, I forget the name of the Rock-a-Billy band she was in.....

Blue something. She was great - a great set of pipes and all rock and no BS - which she later demonstrated.

Patty Smith is it man. The female Dylan/Jagger/Richards/Joey Ramone - all in one female.

No bullshit there - not even a little - pure Rock'nRoll.
