Miguel "Mike" Hernandez has graduated summa cum laude from his prestigious college with the coveted and sought MBA and chose from several offers he was given.
Since then he'd been on the 'fast track' with the company he's chosen and not, at 39 and having worked his ass off for it, was the youngest executive vice president in the company.
He's held the position for nine month when his executive secretary retired after a serious heart attack after over twenty years with the company. She left with a nice retirement package and a severance too for her long years of service and dedication.
Mike would miss Helga, but now it was time to replace her. He'd interviewed from outside and inside the company and had it narrowed down to three candidates that he'd interview one per day and has allotted an hour and a half per interview should it be needed, and he hoped it would be for Mike had ulterior motives in mind where job requirements were concerned.
Helga had been the model of efficiency, but also old enough to be his mother. Now Mike intended to replace her with a young woman who he'd enjoy looking at as well as working with for they, by necessity worked very closely and often late hours if things demanded it. That stress is most likely what caught up the Helga and triggered her coronary.
Today's interview was scheduled from 3:30 until 5PM, when the offices closed, for the most part. Some parts never closed as there were three shifts working in them.
The candidate today was Vickie Henderson a 26 year old company secretary with long lusterous black hair that when she wore it down reached mid back. She wasn't a hard body but she certainly had a hot one with all of the curves in all of the right places a woman should have them.
Her breasts were full and from the way they moved under her clothing when Mike had watched her moving around the offices nice and firm. Her waist led to womanly hips and a great ass. Enough for a man to hang onto or ride without worrying about getting bone bruises. Her personnel jacket said she was 5'4" tall and weighted about 140 pounds and he'd guessed both accurate as he was almost half a foot taller than she was. She had lovely and muscular legs, a very pretty face and big blue eyes that were a startling contrast to her black hair. As Henderson was a Gaelic name, something he knew from a college buddy, perhaps she was "black Irish" descent.
Mike had spoken to her supervisor and other executives who'd worked with Vickie and all gave her glowing references. In general they'd all agreed that she was "Perky, eager to please, happy go lucky, but very efficient, a hard worker who would work the hours needed to finish a task and good at everything she does."
Mike intended to find out just how "eager to please" she was during the interview which would begin in fifteen minutes.
"Rachel," he says to the fill in secretary, "when Miss Henderson arrives please tell her to come right in.
"Then hold all of my calls unless it's a true emergency and if we happen to run a little late you may go ahead and leave at the regular time without disturbing me.
"Thank you and, just in case, good night."
"Yes Mir. Hernandez," she replies, "and good luck. I hope Vickie gets the job. She's good and a wonderful person to work with.
"And good night to you Sir if I don't see you before I leave."
