Pornstars are not the ones you want to compare yourself to. It's their job to look good (and not much else most of the time ) and most of them are construction-works in constant process.

But if you must compare...? Check out the ladies from SCORE and you will find that not all large breasted women have Skippy Ball breasts and that certainly a lot of men don't even like them!

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes and although some men have a strong preference for a certain type, most will appreciate you whatever yours look like. Most natural large breast tend to prefer to travel south somewhat. So what?

I can't quite empathize with you because I haven't ever lost that much weight. But, you do mention that your breasts fall flat when you lie down and that they jiggle in any upright position. I have been dealing with larger breasts (my own) for quite a long time and I have the same problem. As for the falling flat, I usually just take a humorous approach to it, kind of laughing at how odd my body is, because it is a perfectly natural thing. I don't know what your partner(s) think about you wearing a bra during sex, but a good sports bra (be picky, a good one will support you quite well) or just a very supportive bra will take care of the jiggling.
