Premier on now. Watch it so I have someone to talk to about it.

It has to be better than Bert's "Kings"

I don't understand it.

Can't watch football. My Fantasy Football opposition today has Payton and I'm going to lose again.

It's The Prisoner. You're not supposed to understand it. ;) I meant to watch it but forgot so I'll try to catch it in reruns or on the 'net. The previews I watched online didn't look so bad.

I'm a simple man. And I think I may be out of my league, intellectually, trying to watch it.

What the hell is the obsession with bert? I'm not having sex with any of you clowns.

Don't feel bad, everyone who has watched the original series feels that way. If they tell you they understand it, they're lying to you.

I refuse to watch it. I just know they're never going to tell me what's going on this time either.

I watched for 40 minutes waiting for it to pick up and stop being boring ... My guess is that it continues to be boring even after I turn it off.

Never saw the original, see no reason to watch the remake. Mostly because I can't stand the fucking fans. Worse than trekkers they are.

I watched the first hour........

I'll watch the second, later......

Even the writers didn't. When they were told that the run was coming to an end, they had no idea how to tie it up.

I've called AMC and applied for a refund of 1 hour and 10 minutes of my life.

I forgot it was on last night. I hope I didn't miss anything. I just can't commit to watching something several nights in a row... I don't do well with commitment.

I Tivo'd it after an hour or so and hit the multi record. Maybe this is something I will watch at 4am Sunday mornings when I wake up for no reason other than coffee.

I have the TiVo but can't figure out how to use it

I set to to record, but it never turned off and the memory got full. Now I don't know how to clear it.

Mine is not actually a Tivo but the digital recorder that came with Directv and a simpleton can record shows. I'm damned near at expert level 3.

I have no idea how to clear a Tivo. Post in "theriot"s thread. I'll bet a fin that he knows.

Mine is also the DVR that's part of my Comcast decoder box. I'm sure a simpleton would know how to clear it

You know... life has just gotten too damned complicated. I'm considering retirement and moving to Italy where I can drink wine, eat pasta and oogle young Italian women for the next 30 years of my life.

It's pretty good, so far.

I believe the writers know exactly where they're going, and have specific ideas about what exactly the Village is, and will reveal it.

I like that they've both kept and expanded upon some of the surreal elements of the original while strengthening the linear line and back story.

I also know they're using CGI, but I like that it's nearly invisible, and that as often as possible they're using actual sets, props, et al. The show has a weight to it that many TV fantasy or sci-fi oriented shows do not.
