Her head was spinning and throbbing as she pulled herself to her feet carefully. She rubbed her head when she had regained her balanced and looked around. Her eyes were blurry as she tried to focus on her surroundings.

Her vision cleared she looked around her unfamiliar surroundings. She was in an elaborately decorated bedchamber with a large four- posted canopy bed. She looked down at her clothing which was a long emerald green silk dress that hung close to her curves and flowed down to a train along the stone floors.

She moved quickly over to a full-length mirror against the far wall of the chamber. Her head rushed as she stopped quickly. Her breathing hastened as she looked at herself in the mirror. Her long blonde hair was swept up into curls on top of her head with some curls hanging loosely around her face.

She tugged at the curl and said franticly, "Where the hell am I?"

A young girl peeked into the room and spoke to an unseen person outside of the door, "Your highness, she has risen."

The frantic young woman of 19 jumped and moved away from the mirror, facing the door. A young man of no more than 20, dressed in obviously high class dress, entered the room and moved towards her.

The woman jumped backward, almost losing her balance.

The young man offered his hand to her as she leaned against the wall. He spoked softly, "Here, Arissa, let me help you."

The young woman shook off his offer and said confused, "Arissa? You must be mistaken. My name is Kayley."

The man laughed and said, "No, your name is Arissa. Welcome home." He nodded to the young girl as he left the room.

The young girl walked over to Kayley and took her hand, "Come, Arissa, his highness has much to tell you."

Kayley let the girl lead her out of the bed chamber and into another room that looked like a study where the young man from earlier was now sitting at a desk. "Please have a seat, Arissa."

Kayley slumped into the seat, clearly still in shock and trying to process everything.

The prince leaned forward and said, "We have brought you to our time because you have something we need. You are very powerful...."

((ok...so I need a prince and any other character that wants to participate. PM me and tell me your character profile and the reason for Kayley to be there.))

Siegfried smiled to himself before shaking hie head. "Oh. I do apologize. I haven't even spared you my name lady Arissa. You may call me Siegfried. Siegfried Schtauffen." He bowed his head and picked up a cup of tea. "You look a mite pekashed. Would you care for some tea?" He asked politely.

Kayley shook her head frantically when he offered her tea. She had no idea what this Siegfried's intentions were and she had no intentions of drinking from a cup of his.

She sat up from her almost fetal position in the chair and faced him. She gained her composure and looked him in the eye, saying, "Why am I here? I can't just be here for a tea party. I don't even know where here is. And who is Arissa?"

Her skin was becoming flushed with anger and nervousness. Her hands were shaking so she placed them in her lap to calm them. She continued to stare at Sigfriend, waiting for an explanation.

Siegfried smiled faintly from behind his tea cup. "Why you are Arrisa. And we are in Germany. The Holy Roman empire to be exact." His words flowed smooth as silk from his lips. "And you are indeed here for a much greater reason than a simple tea party." He took another sip and placed the cup on a small sauser that was trimed with gold. He then reached into his breastplate and pulled out his ruby charm. "I suppose you posses a simmilar trinket yes?"

When she saw the ruby pendant, she clutched the breast of her dress and withdrew a similar emerald pendant on a necklace that was tucked inside of her dress.

She said without emotion, "Looks like I do though I'm sure you know because I am almost certain I did not arrive in this clothing."

She tucked the pendant back into the bodice of her dress and said, "It was with me in my cradle when my mother found me on her doorstep. Why is it important?"

"That proves it." Siegfried closed his eyes and crossed his massive arms. "The legend must be true. You are the true queen of this land." He opened his eyes and bowed his head slightly. "I have no doubt that it is fact." He was reluctant to mention the azure night, or the curced blade, less he caus panic within the castle walls.

Kayley jumped out of the chair and backed away from the desk. She shook her head and said, "Queen?! I am no queen!! Where I'm from, I'm lucky to have food on the table! You must be mistaken."

She turned quickly and rushed over to the door. She slung the door open and stopped short when she noticed the guards stationed outside. She turned and walked back over to the desk. She placed her hands on the desk and leaned towards him, looking into his eyes.

"You must have the wrong person. A soldier in your guard perhaps, but not a queen. I don't belong her.....in this place or in these clothes." She looked down at her clothing and shook her head. "Are you sure? There could be other pendants like this one."

Today's my birthday! I'm 19 ^.^

Siegfried sat calmly as Lady Arissa ranted and tried to exit the room. "I assure you, there is no mistake. I have been informed that that pendant you wear belongs to the true queen of our land..." He purposly neglected to tell her that it's tuin that he held belongs to the king. He blushed inwardly as Arissa cuped her head in her palms and sighed in dis-belief. "But all of this will be explained in due time. For the moment, is there anything her highness may require?"
