Eliza Parker was having a certain amount of difficulty in her love life.
It came, in part, of her interests. She was a nerd - science, math, computers, video games, you name it. And while it certainly was possible to be "girly" while having an interest in such things, they didn't exactly lend themselves to feminine interest. Eliza was not overly concerned with feminine things to begin with, and such interests only seemed to serve to push her further into the realm of being "one of the guys."
It came, in part, because of her family. Her parents were intensely conservative and believed that it was inappropriate for a young woman to dress provocatively. That proved problematic for a young Eliza, as she'd begun to "blossom" earlier than the other girls, and her parents had encouraged her to cover up. The problem was that, she'd blossomed both early and long, and the result was a body of delicious proportions - lusciously large breasts over a small, sensuously curved waist and wide flaring hips. It was impossible for her to "cover up" appropriately without making it look like she was a shapeless blob - which, incidentally, was what she looked like most of the time.
And it came, in part, due to a lack of confidence. She was sweet and shy which, in her home town, was practically a license to abuse her. She'd been bullied terribly, and it left her believing that she wasn't worth making herself look good, because there was no sense in dressing up a troll (which just went to know what they knew).
But these days, Eliza was better off. She was at university, in a competitive and challenging computer engineering program. She had friends, she was successful in school, and she was happy.
There was only one problem. And really, it was only a slight shadow on her otherwise happy life, but it was a shadow nonetheless. And that was her best friend. Or should we admit that he was her crush? They'd been fast friends practically since the moment they'd arrived at school together. Same program, same interests, same sense of humor. They even shared the same kinks - which was something that drove countless hours of self-pleasure for Eliza, after a night of drinking had turned the conversation in that particularly inappropriate direction.
She wanted him. She had practically since they'd first met. But he was charming, he was hot, and he could have his pick of the women on campus. She simply had to be happy that they were friends, because she was convinced that it was impossible for her to ever catch a man like him.
