It was still early in the afternoon, but James was already getting ready for the poker party for that night. It was a montly event that each player took turns in hosting. Tonight was James' turn. He had six packs of unsealed cards, along with a new set of poker chips, as well as a copious amount of beer, drinks and general snacks.

Rachel was heading upstairs when she spotted her dad in the dining room, setting up for the poker game. She knew he looked forward to these games; Rachel did, too. She was always glad when it looked like he was going to have fun. She just wished he would do it more often. It always seemed to Rachel that her father's world revolved around either work or taking care of her. It always been that way, ever since Rachel's mother had left the two of them when Rachel was only six.

Rachel walked up behind her Dad, who was setting things up. She slipped her arms around him and gave him a big hug.

"Hey, Daddy! Got everything you need?"

Grace had just gotten back from running an errand for her mom. She had on a pair of low cut jeans and a tight little tank top that showed off her cleavage quite well. James was still putting away the beer when Grace came in the back door looking for Rachel.

"Hey Daddy James. Where's Rachel?"

As he turned and their eyes met, Grace felt very uncomfortable. She had always had a crush on James and she and Rachel had often wondered why he had never remarried. James was a very good looking man, he did not look like he was 36, his body was better than most of the boys they knew and his eyes .... ohhh his eyes. Rachel didn't mind that her dad had never remarried, as he had spoiled both Rachel and Grace to no end.

As they stood looking at each other, Grace started toward the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water.

"James, is Rach home? What's all the beer for? Oh yeah, it's poker night. I always forget about poker night. Who all is coming? Do you know if my dad is coming? I'm going to find Rachel"

Without waiting for an answer to any of her questions, Grace walked out of the kitchen, on her way to find her best friend.

Rachel was stretched out on top of her bed, looking at her laptop, and wearing her favorite, if somewhat ragged, oversized Garfield Tshirt and a pair of her cutoffs. She smiled up at her friend as she entered her room. "Hey, Grace! Whacha up for tonight?"

"Hey, Rach! Not much of anything I guess. I saw your dad downstairs, I forgot it was poker night."

Grace looked at her friend laying on the bed and thought once again how pretty she was. Grace stretched out next to Rachel and looked up at the ceiling.

"My mom and dad are fighting again. It's okay if I stay here tonight, right? I know your dad has his poker game and all, but I really don't feel like dealing with my mom. When is everyone supposed to be here anyways?"

Rachel took Grace's hand and gave it a tight squeeze. It wasn't the first time Grace had needed to stay over, and it probably wouldn't be the last.

"'Course you can, Grace. Anytime. And don't worry about poker night. Dad and his friends will probably forget that we're even up here. I think Dad's friends won't be here for a few more hours. He's real excited. He was downstairs getting everything set up." Rachel put her laptop on her friend's stomach, trying to get her friend's mind off her problems.

"Anyway, I've been learning how to play Poker myself. I've been doing pretty good on Yahoo!"

(If you're interested in playing one of my Dad's friends, send me an email.)

OK, we have a full cast.

The girls:

Rachel
Grace, Rachel's best friends

The guys:

James, Rachel's father
Karl
Robby

Guys, go ahead and post your descriptions

The story will turn on the fact that James was expectiving five players; however, two players have had to cancel at the last minute, leaving just Karl, Robby and James.

Remember the restrictions, and please, no

He whipped out his 9 inch cock, 2 inches wide with throbbing veins

This is sexy seduction.

Let the game begin!

Karl

Age 41
Ht 6'4"
wt 250

Karl is a partner in Rock Solid Concrete, a company subcontracted by James's construction firm for their latest project. Karl is a big man, he is 6' 4" tall and weighs a solid 250lbs. He was a professional athlete and maintains himself in top condition.

Karl was origninally hired as a face guy for the up and coming concrete company. Karl played for six years in the NFL as a linebacker terrorizing opposing quarterbacks, before blowing out his knee in 1991.

At age 41 he can still outlift most of the young guys working for his company. He has salt and pepper hair worn in the same buzz cut he had in his playing days. His brown eyes always seem to be hiding something mischevious. His jaw is square his smile comes easily. His skin is the honest tan of someone who spends a great deal of time outside each day. His large powerful hands are not quite as calloused as one might expect. His one concession to time is the slight limp due to his injury during his football career.

Karl posseses quick wits, an agile mind and analytical skills which his pleasantly surprised employers recognized immediately. Quickly the "face" guy became an integral part of day to day operations. He became a partner in the firm only last year.

Karl met James during an on site tour of their current project several months ago and two men hit it off instantly. Karl has had James and Rachel over to his house on the outskirts of town many times for barbecues and to swim in the pool.

A widower for 5 years now, since a drunken driver claimed the life of his college sweetheart, he is a lonely man who presents a smile to the world. He is very human though and has become infatuated with his friend's daughter. This is not something of which he is especially proud, but like a moth drawn to a flame he treasures every moment spent around young Rachel. He thrills whenever she shares one of her room brightening smiles.

James

James got off the phone. There was a grimace on his face as he rubbed his chin. Karl and Rob were still coming; the other two guys just called to cancel at the last minute.

Guess we'll just have to made do with three players, James thought to himself.

Rob / Robby

Name:Robert
Nickname: Rob or Robby
Age:38
H:6'0"
W:225lb
Build: Not overly muscular but not a string bean either
Bio:Rob is one of James's construction co-workers. Used to be the life of the party until he married his high school sweetheart. He's just starting to get back into the single life after his wife was tragically killed in a car accident. She was the only girl/woman he's ever dated or been with so he's a little inexperienced sexually.

Karl

Driving back into town, Karl thinks about the game tonight. Poker night is always one of the most enjoyable nights each month. With both pleasure and guilt, he wonders if Rachel will make an appearance. Probably not, he thinks, she will be out with her friends.

Karl daydreams about his last cookout. He idly touches the spot on his arm where Rachel laid her hand on it when she came up to ask him if the steaks were done. She was looking delicious herself, fresh from the pool with her towel wrapped around her waist.

A horn blasts raising Karl from his reverie. He shakes his head and concentrates on his driving.

James

James looked unhappily at his dining room table. It was covered with a green felt table, with coasters at three spots, instead of five. Well, if the guys didn't want to play poker, James had a decent sized flat screen TV in the living room. Damn! If only those guys hadn't cancelled at the last minute, James thought to himself. Might have been able to round up replacements at the last minute.

Karl

Pulling to the curb infront of his friend's house, Karl's heart quickens when he sees Rachels car in the driveway. "Pull it together big guy" he tells himself, "You're here to play cards and drink a few beers with your friends."

Karl grabs the box of imported cigars, a gift from another contractor on the job, and heads up to the door. He figures the guys will enjoy them during the game.

He knocks on the open door, spots his friend, and announces "If you want to save some time, you can just write me a check now James then we can get to the serious beer drinking! How's it going buddy?" Before James can answer, a grinning Karl is shaking his hand.

Robby

Robby was on his way to James' house for their weekly poker night. He had mixed emotions about going to James' house for poker again. The last time they were there James' daughter Rachel was home and had a friend spending the night. "What was her name again?" he thought to himself. "Oh yeah, Grace." The two girls were not good for a bunch of old men drinking beer trying to play poker. WAY to distracting. Even though they spent most of the night upstairs in Rachels room, they occasionally came down for refreshments. It seemed the game came to a stop whenever they did. Rob knew Rachel from having worked for James for the last five years and the company parties and so forth. Plus Rachel and James were amazing to him when his wife died. He had watched Rachel develope into a beautiful young woman and couldn't help but notice how well she had developed. And, since beauty usually attracts beauty most of her friends were pretty good looking too.

Robby

As he pulls up to James' house he sees Karl arriving too. The two guys originally met at one of the job sites an then again at a support group for widows/widowers before getting to know each other at these poker games. He also noticed Rachels car in the drive and figured she was probably still getting ready to go out for the evening with her friends. At least he hoped so. Robby had seemed to be noticing women again and he really didn't need the distraction Rachel and/or her friends would give. Especially if Rachel's friend Grace were there too. There was something about the girls look that really caught Rob's attention. Both girls did, but Grace especially. "Stop it" Rob thought to himself, Rachel was almost like a daughter to him and he couldn't imagine doing anything with her. Who was he kidding, he'd love to be seduced by either girl, but was really affraid of how James would react.

James

"Dream on, Karl," James answered with a grin. "Those quarterbacks might not have been able to spot one of your blitzes, but I can spot one of your bluffs a mile away. Your tells are many and obvious!" Rob was right on Karl's heels. James shook his hand as well, and led both of his friends to the dining room.

"Grab a seat, guys. Your choice of imported beer." James grinned at the sight of the cigar box in Karl's hand. "Better not light those up until Rachel is out of the house. Don't want to start her on one of her anti-tobacco rants again." James thought about Rachel and Grace upstairs. Rachel had, in a lot of ways, took on the role of matron of the household since she started turning thirteen. Both her and Grace were good girls. Smart and beautiful. James mentally shook his head. Of late, he had been dwelling on just how well Grace had grown up. And filled out.

And James wasn't blind where his daughter was concerned. She had grown up and filled out nicely as well.

Been too long, James thought to himself. The girl will be out of the house and at college in a few months. Then you can sow all the wild oats you want to.

James turned to Rob and Karl. "'Fraid I've got some bad news, though. Bill and Ted called. They had to cancel at the last minute. I'm afraid it's just us three for tonight. We get too bored playing poker, we can always turn on NASCAR in the den."

Rob

"It's you party James" Rob said just happy to be spending time with the guys. "I was kinda looking forward to playing though. But you're right three for poker just isn't much fun . Hey, does Rachel know how to play?" Rob said - the last statement jokingly. "At least we'd have four that way. Or does she have other plans for the night?"

Karl

Heading to the fridge to snag an ice cold Moosehead; "James you do a great job of stocking the bar, I must say." I make a mock bow in his general direction.

"Its probably just as well about Bill anyway, he's been cleaning us out the last few games. I could use the break. What are you guys drinking?"

I wonder if any of my golf buddies are hanging out at the club and would fill in and am about to suggest this as an option until Rob jokingly asks if Rachel plays. The words I was was about to speak freeze in my mouth as I wait to hear James's response.

Rachel

Rachel was stretched on her bed with Grace, wondering what the two of them could do, when she heard cars pulling into the driveway, followed by voices downstairs.

"That's Dad's friends, Grace. I'll go downstairs and see if your Dad came over to play. Then I'll tell Dad we'll get out of his hair. We can head down to Starbucks or something."

Rachel headed downstairs to see her Dad talking with Karl and Rob. For older guys, they were all still pretty good looking. They had that Ed Harris thing going, when he was in The Rock. They both had been nothing but sweet to her and her friends as she was growing up.

Rachel was walking into the dining room when Rob asked, "Or does she have other plans for the night?"

"Does who have any plans for the night?", she asks.
