The phrase, "suck the big one?" Should it not mean something good?

So, why is it always used (nearly always) in such a negative way?

If I were a woman I'd love to be able to suck (and more) the big one.

The thing is - obtaining the big one to begin with.

Next time anyone says, "hey, that sucks the big one." Remind them - sucking the big one - is a good thing.
