THE COMMITTEE OF ONE, Rosevillecaguy presiding, does hereby declare, establish, and found that sub-area of the General Board which shall forever be known as "The People's Republic of Fucktardia" in the fervent hope that it will become a safe haven for policital wackos, trolls, alts, egomaniacs, the disgruntled, weary, drunk, stoned....well you get the general idea.....

Under the balmy influence of the newly established Republc, it is further hoped that the afore mentioned groups will quickly and efficiently eradicate themselves.
