Kinda like some of these ongoing threads you people have.
If you keep visiting, we're gonna put out a rumor that you're now a playgrounder!

I just clicked your profile.

You have got to be kidding me that you have that big of a sigline.

Dont you think thats at all excessive honey?

Yes I do.

But you like excessive. I have sig lines turned off. I have since December 2002.

The only time I ever see what someone has isif I profile.

You know that sig takes up half the page, right?

Or at least four posts worth of space.

People complain about advertisments at web sites, pop ups, and then have a sig like that.

Odd. This.

Mine are also turned off.
I find them annoying.
This is the largest one that I have and I didn't feel like changing it because it was too big. Come back after St. Patrick's Day if you want a smaller one.

I don't complain about advertisements. It does no good.

I like being the subject of so much bitching.

I love you too.

Lol....you have sigs turned off, but insist on using that deal?

You have got to be joking. Right?

Why have it at all? Do you think people like seeing it every time you are in a thread? Hell, this thread must be five pages long for the people that have sigs on honey.

They should turn the damn things off then.

My point is. Is that if you dont want to see your sigline. What makes you think others do.

I've gotten six pm's by PG'rs this afternoon asking how to turn siglines off. Obviously many here didn't know you could.

I of course obliged by telling them how too, and if anyone else is interested. Feel free to pm.

There is a reason South Carolina is called "The Palmetto State".

While it IS true that the state was named after the tree, it is not so well know that the trees were named for the bugs that seemed to dwell in them and flocked out en mass when the trees were disturbed (likewhen they were cut down to make the forts that withstood the attacks so that the state was named after the trees that the forts were made of...).

Palmetto bugs are to cockroaches as

Dumptrucks are to pickups.

Things that kill ordinary cockroaches are entertainment to Palmetto bugs. When I was a rookie cop there were a couple of trouble makers in the bunch... I took a stun-gun to a palmetto bug one night... he did about 50 pushups, flipped me the bird and then ran off into the night. Another time a couple of them slipped under my feet and took off, giving me a rather exciting "skating session."

You look like Danny Bonaduce.

lol

Im in the Lawn and tree business, and I have used most available pesticides at one time or another.

The ones Ive used that dont work that well ...Insecticides anyhow, I always said that.....It didnt kill the bug. Just ruined its self esteem and filled it with self doubt.

heh

I've never heard of a Palmetto bug here (Australia).. maybe we just don't have them, or maybe I've just been lucky not to come across them.

As for cockroaches - oh yes, plenty of them. I really hate the flying roaches that attack during summer. Thank heavens for insect repellant.

Those big Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches are awsome.

lol

Bout five inches long, and they yell at ya.

LMAO

Danny WISHES he looked like me and was as tall! At 6'1" I kinda tower over him. :D

I think the most pesticides ever do to Palmetto bugs is give 'em a massive hangover. I've never seen any actually kill the bastards... :p
