It was "a piece of cake." So simple to make. Buy the key lime juice and follow the directions on the bottle. 1/2 cup key lime juice. 1 can sweetened evaporated milk. 3 egg yolks and a graham cracker crust. Mix, chill and top with whipped cream. Spectacular!

mmm...i love key lime pie.

which also makes me think of of this little coffee shop that makes these little butter cakes that they top with lemon curd and shaved chocolate and mmmm....

If it is, it's been out of the fridge too long!

A little whipped cream always makes any kind of pie more appetizing, sweetie. Sometimes, I even add a mint leaf, for show.

i've got key lime pie yogurt for lunch today. doesn't have the same ring to it though. tryin' to loose a little weight don't ya know?

see, this is where life gets ya. had my yogurt, two small peaches and a big ole california orange today for lunch. feelin' pretty fit and all diety and such. stop by my sister's on the way home tonight. she offers fried pork chops, mashed potatos and gravy and spinach. oh yeah, and left over birthday cake from yesterday. now i feel like a big slug again. seems like if god wanted us all fit and trim he wouldn't have made food taste so good.

that's what i think

they have low fat sweetened....

evaporated milk. And you can always have a small piece of pie. There are limits to how much you need to deprive yourself.
