"A nice Big Easy kinda night
the streets are empty and dark
except for this one street light
and the vanishing gleam of a car.

Oho! What's this I see?
The neon flashing faint?
A Bar- I think it's open
(it sure could use some paint.)

The One Tit Bar and Grill
pulling open the heavy door
I notice the few patrons
and the tiny dark dance floor

someone take it away...any style, any rhythm, any anything!

Street light you say? Sit tight,
I'm sick and goddamned tired
of streetcars going by at night.
City's opening a new line, mired

in tourists for the pleasure
of its coffers. Goes down all
speed ahead to feathers
piled in the park. The mall

would be a better place
to brush off dead birds,
I think, the city's slow pace
clogged by figurative turds

in fanny packs. Fuck, all I got left
is the One Tit, sagging and hot
enough to suck. Ignore the theft
of New Orleans and take a shot

of something to shut up.
Bartender pours with a wink,
something brown into a cup,
it's good enough for me. I drink

and listen to the poker machines
in the corner next to the door.
Mr. Drunky is making a scene
on the tiny dark dance floor.

Mr Drunky dances alone
Out there in polyester
If we were dukes and kings and queens
That man would be our jester.

The One Tit Bar and Grill is lit
Like a throne room without a king
All smoky, dark and gloomy
The perfect place to have a fling

Don't look too close in dusty corners
Who knows what you will find
Perhaps discarded bloomers
Or Mr Drunky's sodden mind.

Or maybe we will find a sailor
Washed up upon our shore
Drinking watered whiskey
By the tiny dark dance floor.

But dukes and kings and queens
we are, though queens are usally
in the bar across the way. Green
I see Mr. Drunky is, off to the levee

to stay the night below the stars.
The jokes on him, the clouds all out,
the brightest in the sky is Mars
god of war and thunder, the lout,

probably drunk up in the sky.
Well something wobbles around
about the poor Mr. Drunky's eye -
or is that my hand opon the ground?

I thought I was on the stool,
and here I am drunken to the core.
Something is definitely not cool
on the tiny dark dance floor.

The trollop at the One Tit
Sits over in a booth
A little soft down where she sits
And a whole lot long of tooth.

Her nipples brush against her shirt
Her hair is henna red
And what's beneath her mini skirt
Sober men all dread.

Her pimp has gone and left her
For a strumpet, new and green
He has no time for a worn out whore
A One Tit Bar has-been.

She presses up against your arm
And asks you for a drink
Then turning on her ancient charm
She says she'll lick your dink

If you but take her to the alley
Outside just down the street
Where there you two will dally
While she kneels down at your feet.

You turn to her all bleary eyed
A blow job sure sounds good
You go to follow her outside
Through the rundown neighborhood.

With weaving, bobbing grace
You move towards the door
But then you wind up on your face
On the tiny dark dance floor.

tiki gods and paper umbrellas
and all the chicks are eyein' the fellas
pickled eggs in a dusty jar
poetry carved in the oaken bar

A guinness , a scotch, a midori colada
the women get wet and the boys get harder
eclectic references from moist lips spill
welcome to the one tit bar and grill

maria and tristesse and angeline
sitting at the bar looking sleek and mean
echoes , syndra and me in a booth
talking ' bout sex and passion and truth

all of the regulars milling about
annaswirls throws me a pout
and wicked eve and lauren too
have come to visit at the writing zoo

linbido and boomerengue dance
and liar readjusts his pants
the fool orders another double
cordelia and jthserra assessing the rubble

dusty star and kunalinguini
discussing the length of someone's weenie
alonelygirl whispers something low
and dennishale nods and says " I know'

bluerains and dreamsweet comparing notes
oaxalis quoting quotable quotes
laelia makes an entrance stunning
tall and lithe and wickedly cunning

breast are bared and picture are taken
and all martinis are stirred not shaken
exchanging words and rhymes and wit
the hangout of the people from Lit

( disclaimer...if I didn't mention you it just means i didn't want this to go on for 15 friggin pages..no disrespect meant to you or you're writing)

pss.. please keep in mind this was written impromptu with no " thought" involved
( as is most of my life)

Such a queer show
’cause we’re all so damn different
but we get on just fine
style or preference, no difference

Literotica writers gather to share
ideas, pleasures, secret desires
We feed off each other
stoke creative fires

We burn with a passion
for the words of the others
meet poetic challenges
stroke poetic lovers

Some come to drink, some to dance
others to get hands down their pants
or in their blouse or up their skirt
not me though. Well, just a quick flirt

Tathagata is smiling between Syn and Echoes
though he’s no longer listening to the hot little band
He looks so serene, or is that obscene?
He’s found his bliss with a tit in each hand

We’re mingling, creating, enjoying ourselves
We’re coming together in rhythmic delight
We’ll drink life and write it till we’ve had out fill
down at The One Tit Bar & Grill

Fedora slouched down on one eye,
Lucky slips in, barely seen,
but Nick, the barkeep, pours a rye
and slides it down to Norma Jean.

She grabs it neat, without a glance,
and not one drop spills from the glass,
her eyes on Lucky, on his pants,
while his eyes wander to her ass.

A Lucky Strike hangs from his lips,
its ash so long it has to fall;
but Lucky's eyes are on her hips.
He takes a booth along the wall.

She slides in right across from him
his knee between her inner thighs.
He smiles, the ash falls, hits the rim,
the glass she passes while she sighs.

They choose this booth because it's small,
they lean back, his knee finds her mound.
She moans and leans against the wall.
He rubs her as he looks around.

"Seen Mugs?" he asks, his knee grinds slow.
"No, not tonight." "Is he in town?"
"You should ask Nickie. I don't know."
Her eyes are bedroom, his a frown.

He downs his shot, and presses hard,
to feel her moist, silk-covered fur;
but with a glance toward the bar,
she sees Nick's eyes are fixed on her.

"I'm on the clock, I gotta run."
Her knee finds him. He's packin' heat.
"Come 'round," she says. "We'll have some fun."
She leaves a wet spot on the seat.

It could have been any bar I’d walked in
It was hers
The sultry sounds of a torch singer
pressed hip to a piano
playing slow burn blues
long into the night
Dark eyes
red lips
Long slender arms
Curves well defined
by an evening dress
Her voice captivating
song sung slow
song sung low
captivating
telling us all about the love
she’d lost
she’d left
Her hips swayed to the beat
I set glued to the seat
as our eyes met
and once again I felt lost
in the lust
of a slow burn sullen summer night
so long ago
She bent down to pick up a rose
I’d thrown at her feet
Held breathless by that unconscious pose
Of one bare nipple on display

One Tit Bar ‘n Grill

The night had been long and exhausting
The lights looked inviting and warm
I straightened my tie and my cuff links
And opened the door to a storm

The jazz band was fully extended
A seven-man group with a goal
The trumpet sounded like Baker
And the sax had Mulligan’s soul

The crowd was bouncing and jiving
There wasn’t a seat to be found
I stood at the back of the bar room
And casually took a look round

She sat at the bar in a sweater
With a logo across both her breasts
I watched as her eyes filled with wonder
‘til the band took one of their rests.

I moved to stand close beside her
And asked her about this great band
She said” I’m the trombonist’s girlfriend.”
“and this is one night stand”

“They’re leaving for France in the morning
For a tour of the clubs over there
And I think it’s the end of our lovin’
It’s suffered from some wear and tear.”

I noticed her eyes were brimming
And asked her if she’d like a drink
She turned away from the bandstand
And said. “No, it’s not what you think.”

”The mammogram says I have cancer
It looks like an op. is a must
I’ll lose my left breast to the surgeon
He won’t like my half-a-tit-bust.”

I helped her into her jacket
And watched her walk into the night
Her lover was looking on puzzled
Knowing that something’s not right

It made me feel sad that this beauty
Had decided to call it a day
Assuming her lover’d reject her
But what could I possibly say

Don't throw things - please.

Every day I come here and look to see what someone has added and I have to say I am astounded! All of you have such a wonderful way with your thoughts- I should be so lucky! Please... keep on- I love it!

The band was so hot by now,
Lucky had left, and Norma Jean
had her tips firmly in mind,
flirting when needed,
dancing sometimes,
and helping her clientele
try to unwind;
sometimes a dip too low
sometimes a griind,
sometimes a quick hand
with payment in kind;
and sometimes a promise
she may or not keep,
and sometrimes a plunge
or two, sordid and deep;
and sometimes she had in mind
Lola Devrée,
who loved here
and lost here
and now had to pay,
as she watched her love vanish
a tear in her eye,
while she wished
she could join him
to play in Versailles.

Why would we throw things?

The Won-Ton Barren Girl

She was a big girl
Coming and going
Every ripple and curve
was showing.

Chinese soup was all she craved
night or day she'd eat a bowl
Eat-in, take-out or home made
She knew the stuff would cleans her soul

Her only grief was lack of babies
She longed and longed for just one child
She planned to raise it up on soup
The whole idea just drove her wild.

where this stupid rhyme will end
I really have no clue
No end in sight- no good punch line
So this wll have to do.

She adopted.
