Actually, while cattle and sheep are fucking up the environment, kangaroos and emus tread lightly, and are (compared to beef and lamb) lower in fat while some of the highest in protein.

I live in the south and I do eat that. It ain't a race thing.
In fact, it's kinda the opposite, as it's the kind of cooking that all sorts of folks just like to eat.

Perhaps you could educate me on the whole racist thing as your knowledge in that area is, apparently, far superior to my own.
