Oh no...I don't have a second grouping. Mine is a cheap chrome book. I'm not trusted with a second grouping. Also I have been having trouble because my ' doesnt always work.

Friends don't let friends not have the tilde key. I was told it was above the w on the second set of keys. I don't have anything above my letters on a chrome book. The only thing I have is a ' that doesnt work sometimes.
