Jim has been at the party for a little while, having to help setup a bit can do that. But once people started to arrive Jim would say his 'hi, how are you's' but it was still early. He saw Brian and went to go to talk to him but then saw that Martha was there. They were starting to walk away so he let them go for now. So he went to get something to drink and looked around for someone to talk to.

I arrived at the office building rather early. Ihad been looking forward to this event the whole day.It was my first office party and I didn't quite know what to expect. I was somehow terribly afraid to be out of place. I had spent hours in front of my wardrobe, changing back and forth different outfits and had in th eend opted for a dark blue silken cocktail dress. I wore my hair open so that it fell over my shoulders and framed my face which I had used a little make-up on, just to complement my dress.
As I walked into the main area I clutched my purse, nervously looking around for a familiar face...

Jim looked around and saw a lot of people talking, all save a few and one was one of the student interns. She looked a little lost and nervous, he figured he'd go and at least make her feel more comfortable.

"Hi, I'm Jim Montrose, we met briefly when you first started working here. But I must apologize because I don't remember your name, Ms.?" Jim asked.

I was just starting to ask myself if it had been a good idea to come here when a good-looking guy strode over. Chrissy had seen him around the office but couldn't quite place him. Luckily for her he introduced himslef immediately.

"Hi, I'm Jim Montrose, we met briefly when you first started working here. But I must apologize because I don't remember your name, Ms.?"

Maybe the evening wouldn't be so bad after all.

"Norman" I replied "But you can call me Chrissy. Everyone does it. Nice to meet you. Hmm..." I added " I think I could use a drink."

"Well Chrissy, it is a party, so have fun. I'll come get one with you," Jim said as he started walking over to the drinks with Chrissy. "And if you don't mind my saying, you look absolutely ravishing tonight."

Brian smiled and nodded. "Sounds good to me. So it looks like people are showing up, let's go mingle, and meet the others." He gave her another grope, and let her skirt down. "Later we will have our fun." He kissed her again, and let her get her clothes straitened up.

We had reached the bar when Jim made this compliment. Unsure what to say I grabbed a cocktail and nipped on it. Nervously I licked my lips.

"Thank you. Don't you think I'm kind of overdressed? I mean, there's even a few guys wearing Santa hats around... I just didn't know what to expect..."

Damn I was really ruining the conversation. Get yourself together Chrissy! I just hoped Jim would find a way to get this smalltalk going...

"I take it this is your first office christmas party then?" Jim asked. Chrissy stopped drinking enough to nod 'yes.'

"Well that explains a lot then, you seem so nervous, and I don't see a reason why to be. So how do like it here?" Jim asked with a comforting tone.

Jim seemed to know how I felt. At least he reassured me and gave me a bit self consciousness.

"Yes, it's my first office party indeed. Dad didn't like the idea of me going here. Muttered some things about orgies and too young, too innocent but he'd let me go in the end.I mean I'm 18 after all so I can decide myself..."

I felt incredibly stupid and hoped Jim would still like me. His reassuring nods and the warm glance in his eyes made me a little bolder.

"So, what do you normally do at office parties?" I said with awink.

He hoped that his stumbling over himself wouldn't drive her away. She seemed interested in him so he wasn't too worried but still anything could happen. Seeing she wasn't too satisfied with his answer, "well you can be sure it's a fun time at least, or why else would I come back for more? If my memories of past times, I'd be so bold as to say that you'll enjoy yourself here," Jim said. Wondering if it was enough he asked, "What did you expect to happen here? Maybe I can tell you whether you were close or not."

She kissed him once more and got her clothes straightened up as they went and started to greet people. Through out the evening the 2 of them flirted with each other.

"Well, you know, my dad was raving all the time about some wild sex parties and stuff and that this Christmas parties would only be a cheap excuse for all employees to fulfill the fantasies they had been cultivating all year long." I began taking another sip of my drink. All this talk about sex somehow made me more self confident and Jim compliments had added to that. And I figured that the best way to overcome my insecurity would be to act. I just had noticed how...

"Mistletoe?" Jim asked and looked up and saw that they were indeed under some mistletoe. Jim smiled and said, "so I see we are, and I can't say I'm against it's rules." With that Jim got closer to Chrissy and kissed her on the lips once, then kissed her again this time with his tongue and a little more feeling.
