There is a place I long to be lately...... who knows... one day maybe.... it would not matter what that home looked like or what the weather was like..... as long as that person was there to share it with........

I just had to respond when

I do have a place like that though, its more of a state of mind for me though. When I can dim the lights, light candles, and drift off into myself.

Sometimes to write, sometimes to read, and other times to simply listen to soft music as I snuggle with my favorite quilt. Alone is special to me, because I seldom am. (not that I would want to be all the time, but it is my special place )

Brrrr...it's so cold here right now...I would have to say "Margaritaville".

Mmmm. Warm sun and turquoise water and tanned skin, and oh yes last, but not least...a big maragarita in my hand to sip under this palm tree.."waiter oh waiter...Ill have another".

Hey Im not much of a drinker,,but this is fantasy so I can have a few and sit and watch the sun melt across the sky like a spilled Mai Tai..pink and orange and red.
And oh yes...my long distance lover at my side. My idea of heaven!!!

It's a terrible cliche, but home is where the heart is.

In a way I have two. When I'm meditating, and when I'm in touch with the one I love. I feel safe, at home, loved, free - with the divine and with the Angelduckgoddess.
