For the life of me I can't understand why Obama nominated Kerry. Kerry is a loose cannon, a clown. He's not a statesman and never was.

For the most part Hillary did a credible job. She only made a few missteps and she didn't go around upstaging Obama. I don't think we'll be able to say the same regarding Kerry. Kerry won't be able to keep from running his mouth out of school and it's only a matter of time before he's taken to the woodshed. And even after that I just can't see him restraining himself. I just don't think he's going to last all that long.

He wasn't alive when there was segregation on buses. I understand the one-drop rule and this is why the black community historically accepted mixed race people as black. I don't agree that negates his white ancestry in this day and age, but people can disagree on that.

That was a yes or no question renard. Would he have been allowed to sit at front of the bus. That's not even the one drop rule coming into play. The one drop rule (which was never really used by blacks anyway) was about people who could PASS for white. There is no way Obama passes for white.

Well he almost had a coherent point about how black in America is often separated from Africans. I think it was supposed sort of slip into something about how he got elected (twice) based on white guilt that shouldn't exist because not only were none of his black ancestors enslaved in this country at any time. Worse than that he should have some of that white guilt because his white ancestors did own slaves.
