Typo Gordenson is 37 year old, who has lived by him self most of his life. Typo had purchased a old fixer upper when he was in college for his trades schools. Typo now runs a small handyman company. Typo's home was a 1 story house with 3/4th sunken basement with only the front wall of the basement exposed. That basement wall also has a 2 and half car garage in it. Typo turned the basement into a 1 bedroom house with its own kitchen and all that down stairs too. Now the basement is where he calls home, so the ground floor that's above ground is its own fully independent house too that he will rent out just for a bit of extra crash putting the space to good use. The only way from his area to the ground floor inside the house is the stairs that leads from the garage to the upstairs/ground floor kitchen.

Typo stands 5'10, 310 pounds. He is a solid thick guy with only a bit of a guy. Short brown hair that just covers the fingers if someone runs there fingers threw it. He is the happy go, willing to help anyone kind of person. Typo gets to work from home unless he is helping out on a big project then he could be gone from 7am to 6pm.

At thirty-five with a master degree and six figure salary job, Kara Smith or rather soon to be Kara Wu was living on top of the world. Until now, life was smooth sailing. Then bam, she’s in a midst of a long and aching divorce. Even with all the ups and downs, loves and laughs of a thirteen years marriage, it wasn’t enough for her soon-to-be ex to keep his penis in his pants. Kara was a ball of emotions when she found out about the affair. It was no use to cry over spilled milk, so it was time to move on. Or at least she would try to move on, actually move out.

With majority of her assets frozen until the divorce is finalized, she could only rent a new place instead of buying one. Move-in was finally here! She didn’t have much, only a dozen of boxes and suitcases. Fortunately, the place came furnished.

Kara pulled up to the rental house in an Uhaul Ford 150. She took another look at the house in front of her, inhaled and exhaled deeply, and mentally prepared herself before jumped out of the big ass truck and went straight to the back. While she grabbed a couple suitcases off the bed, she thought about the owner who still occupies part of the house since she hadn’t met him in person. All of her dealings were with a realtor, whom vouched for guy and promised he’s an all around nice guy. Kara had reservation but she needed a place fast. It is also a very nicely situated house, so she caved and signed on the dotted line.

Typo was just exiting his front door that was really off the garage when he seen the truck pull into to the drive way. Typo started to walk up to the truck driver side door tho keeping a good safe distance from the unknown driver.

Typo cheerfully says "Hey there, I am Typo and live in the basement floor, do you need any help?"Typo looked at the truck saying " This place has a garage space and also space outside in front of your garage. *typo extends his hand in offer to shake hands*" Typo smiled friendly at her. He didn't want to get in her way, but he is willing to help if she wants it.

Typo is glad the renter seamed to be about his age. Typo had stressed someone mature and responsible. No college aged kids or party animals wanted.. Typo hoped this lady would be like most folks around his age and well past the loud party age teens and early 20's kids like to do.

Kara leaned over from behind the truck’s bed when she heard voices from the side door. She froze for a slight second at the sight of the man who introduced himself as Typo and offered help. He was easily double, if not triple her size, and at a head taller. The thought of him looking like a teddy bear bought a quick, faint, and short lived smile on Kara’s face.

She pushed a suitcase out of the way as she wiped her hand on her short jeans and took a few steps toward him to shake his hand. “Hello. Kara. So you’re the landlord?”

“Well, I only have a few of these to move.” Kara slapped the side of the truck. “Do you happen to have a dolly? I can wheel these suitcases in easily. These boxes though, a bit on the heavy side."

Typo chuckled saying " Ya I live down stairs." Typo loses his smile and has a bit of a frown as the disappointment is clear on his face as he says "No sadly I don't have a dolly, didn't think to buy one." Typo looks a bit more hopeful on his face and says "I could buy one tho for my handy man service or we I would be glad to do it the tried and true mythid by hand. What is the heaviest box you got?"
