Robert had received news, about 13 days earlier, he had been expecting, but dreading all the time. His grandmother, had passed away. This was not unexpected since she was living with Cancer, and it had been hard on her but she fought to end. The funeral was 10 days ago, and 3 days after that, since they were clearing the first hurdle, some better then others, it was time to go over the will.
Robert personally didn't come from a rich family, his parents had to struggle to get by and save up money for Robert and his university education but they did so. While he didn't personally have money, his Grandmother did. She was one of those stories you see on TV, with the old person winning the Jackpot in the Multi- Million dollar lottery. She hit it just after she was diagnosed with cancer, and while she used some of it, she put the rest of it in the back to gain interest, so she could give as much as possible to her children and grandchildren. The money has been gaining interest for 3 years now, and it was time to find out how it was divided.
Due to the untimely death of 2 grandchildren due to accidents, and the early death of a child of hers, there were 7 people to divide the money between. 3 of them were children, the other 4 grandchildren. There was 200 million dollars, each child was to get 40 million, while the grandchildren each got 20 million. This surprised Robert, since he never saw this much money before. He wasn't going to blow it all though. He wanted a nice sum of money for any children he might have of his own, so he put 18 million of it directly in a savings account to gain interest, while he took the rest of it and bought a few things he desired, a house on the good part of town, and a nice car.
A week had passed since he moved it, and he noticed someone had bought the house next door, from what he could tell as he watched her move in, she looked to be a pretty young lady. She didn't have much stuff, on the truck, but a furniture store truck showed up as well, so he thought it was her first time out on her own, other then maybe her college days. He waited until after the moving truck had left before he went over and introduced yourself. He knocked on the door and waited for an answer.
