Way too much of my least favorite neon color - green (sorry Madonna circa 1986).

Fish aquariums in range of the batter area for the pitcher to have to deal with, are you serious?

Yay, so it has a roof that closes and it gets down to like 72 degrees within minutes.

But what in the fuck?

Anyone else catch all this on ESPN earlier?

Heard the President of the Marlins on a radio show the other morn, trying his best to defend the horrific parking (they planned all the pretty shit but not parking)....

Let's just say I was surprised when I heard the radio show host say, "Say hello to your wife." at then end of the call. Not saying he is gay but but but but...

If he was gay, Ozzie would have already made a half dozen homophobic comments about him.

After Zambrano punched him.

I can't wait for the first Zambrano meltdown.

Not sure what this ^^ means but I talked to my dead grandfather tonight and told him to look away.

Please look away!

(he would watch the Cubs in his Mancave religiously after retirement)

Never the fucking mind. We aren't on posting terms since you said I don't matter.

P.S. Laurel, if you're that lonely, give me a jingle

I was just at the stadium last week! i have a friend that works for baker construction and he gave me a tour. The stadium is amazing. i have to admit the parking does suck! i miss the orange bowl

Did you park in a Walgreens parking lot for $35 or on somebody's front yard for even more?

It's not like the Dolphins are relevant and if the Heat lose another championship, 36,000 hot tickets...at least for 1, 2 seasons tops.

If I'm ever in Miami to watch a baseball game, I give anyone reading full permission to shoot me.

Thats insane! i live close by and the 836 east was back up for miles! no thank goodness i didnt have to pay. i just went to snoop around before they officially opened. did you go to the game today?

But they serve fresh lobster and oysters and close the roof to make it very comfy, Bert!

I hear the neighborhood no es tan bueno

esta de madre! its actually improving.. i spoke to the project manager of city of miami and he told me that they want to make the area around the stadium like the hard rock. With restaurants clubs etc. So basically they are going to redue from 95 south and 8st to 8st and 17 ave brand new. They want to make that area and extension of downtown

Little Havana could use that.

"And when I am president of a major baseball club, I'm going to light it up in all green, full of dolphins, palm trees and just everything I can imagine that relates to the SoBe area! Just you wait! Parking? Well, my father had me miss school on opening day. And for those who can't find parking! Here's the thing, show up 2 hours before the game if you are truly a fan!"

NOW THAT is pretty much what the Miami Marlin's Prez said the other day...

If you've ever been to South Beach on a Saturday night, you know you're dealing with a complex consumer base.

Sorry to be so fucky about all this, but it's no wonder Peyton Manning looked around and said, nah.... don't think so.

Dolphins people wanna give facials and spa treatments to VIP members during games and the Marlins make the brick background of any home Cubs game look too real and too down to earth when it comes to baseball.

Now you need fucking 3D glasses just to watch the Marlins lose.

xoxo

This thread smells like it should be moved to the UK cricket board...

...or sumthin.
