Katherine walked up the stone steps of the library, holding her book over her head, shielding out some of the rain that threatened to get her hair and clothes drench. Not that a small notebook shielded anything in this weather!

Before she had left the house, the weather was fine, nothing more then a few clouds in the sky, so she thought it would be a good idea to just walk to work. The library being only a few miles away from her apartment building. She made it only a few miles before the rain started. A first, a small drizzle, but not to soon after the wind picked up and the rain started to pour down on top of her, soaking her.

What a great way to start off your second week of work.

When Kathy got the door, pushed pushed through, walking into the library, her black 4'' heels making a loud 'click' as she walked from the concrete floor to the white marble one. For 12'o clock in the afternoon, the place was pretty packed, but she suspected most of the people were here to get out of the rain.

"Oh my, Ms. Simler!" A shrill voice cried. She turned her head to see Mrs. Morgan, one of the managers of the library walking towards her, her face scrunched up in it's normal up tight pose. "Your soaked!"

Of course, ever if Kathy's only worked here for two week's, she knew Mrs, Morgan wasn't worried she's get a cold. Oh no, no, no. It was they way she was dressed and the way the rain had made her clothes cling to her body.

Thinking it was going to be nice and wanting to make a good impress, Kathy had left her long, blonde flowing hair down and had worn a white, button up top and a black, of course only a few inches above the knee, skirt. The top three buttons on her blouse weren't done, but that wasn't her fault, you see Katty was blessed with a pair of large round tits and a nice slim body. It was a miracle she could get the fourth one done. Not that any of that mattered now.

Her hair was now wet and clinging to her face and neck. Her top looked as if it had been painted on, showing off her lacy white bra, and her skirt just wouldn't stop ridding up her wet legs. Put all this together and you got the answer to both why Mrs. Morgan was mad and why all the men were staring at her.

"I know ma'am l'm very sorry. Really l am, it's just the rain started while l was wal-"

"l'll have no excusses." She interrupted. "Just go to the back and start putting away the books. Not a lot of people go back there." She turned away before Kathy could answer and stacked off to the front desk, mumbling under her breath.

With a roll of her eyes, she went to the office to put her things away, then headed off to the back.

PM me. Open to any male that wants the part... and makes pretty decent, not short posts. Thanks!!!

Corey knew his books were overdue - by two weeks in fact - and he knew that rent would be coming out of his bank account in a little over a week. If he didn't pay the fines now, he wouldn't have the money until the end of the month. He couldn't see himself going that long with a book to dig into. He was a book worm, well known to most of the librarians in his branch, and interested in nearly every genre.

Clasped underneath his toned forearms were three books: an autobiography of Teddy Roosevelt, Sun Tzu's "The Art of War", and a piece of erotic fiction called "Two Bodies". The rain was pouring down and the anxiety of ruining the books was causing enough adrenaline to run through his body to push him faster than he normally would run. His feet splashed across the sidewalk, water soaking his corduroy pants. The library was going to be a welcome sight.

As he entered the library, the coolness of the air-condition struck him suddenly. He shivered for a moment, his teeth chattering. He looked down at himself, his black-suit jacket had been ruined and the white button-up underneath was tightly clinging to his chest. He wasn't the stereotypical bookworm, he took care of himself and was built-well for his day job delivering furniture.

He shook the water from his shaggy brown hair and approached the front desk. Ms. Morgan was there with a friendly smile. "Good afternoon, Corey. I thought we might never see you again. We thought maybe you'd run off with 'The Art of War'. It's only the fourth time you've taken it out."

Corey smiled, "I like learning about Eastern Philosophy. There's a lot of good advice in that book."

"So good, it's two weeks late, huh?" Ms. Morgan replied as she scanned the book into the computer. "I'll tell you what, we're a bit short-handed today. It's just me and the new girl, Katherine. I'll waive your fees and even let you take out some new books if you could do some volunteer work around the library."

Corey was used to spending time there, so he agreed. "Sure, what should I do first?"

"Why don't you take your books back and than get to work filing the science-fiction collection? Once you've done that, you can feel free to leave."

"Certainly," he replied, quickly delivering the autobiography and the Art of War back to the non-fiction section. He then moved hastily towards the romance and erotica, which was sectioned on the furthest end of the library towards the back.

Katherine stood on a rather tall step stool, holding a handful of large books in one arm while the other worked on putting the books away, starting on some of the high shelves. For a momment, she balanced on one foot as she tried to put one away. The only thing she could accomplish was making her skirt slide up.

"Damn it." She brought the book back down and held it to her chest before she started to walk backwards, down the steps. Before she walked to the book cart, she pushed the stool back with her heel, so nobody tripped on it if anyone came back here.

I'll just get these books later. Kathy thought to herself as she placed the books back on the cart and grabbed a different handful. One that went away on the lower shelves she knew she could reach, even without the stool.

This might sound like a boring job to most people. Being surrounded by books all day, dealing with all kinds of people and cleaning up their messes, but none of that truly ever bothered her. Her love of books over powered how rude some people were.

Katherine bent over to the bottom shelf and put a few books away as the sound of foot steps walked over to her. Turning her head, she gave a sweet smile.

"Hello sir," She stood up, brushing her still wet hair back. "Do you need any help finding anything?"

Corey was stuck in his tracks as he stared down at the gorgeous blonde, bent down placing books on the bottom shelf. Her skirt was barely covering her perfectly shaped ass and it clung to her like there was nothing there to begin with. He was speechless.

"Hello sir," She stood up, brushing her still wet hair back. "Do you need any help finding anything?"

Her body was stunning, hardly what he was used to in his local librarians. He couldn't help but glance down at her enormous breasts, practically spilling out of her normally conservative blouse. Her face was gorgeous, with eyes that contained a deep longing, and lips that were begging to be kissed. Cory shook the thoughts out of his head: it had been far too long since he had thought of a woman in this way.

He responded rather nervously, "Oh...no thanks. I brought some books back late and Ms. Morgan told me I could work off the fees. I'm kind of a regular." He smiled at her, leaning over to place his book - "Two Bodies" - back into the erotica section. He hoped that the young woman hadn't noticed. It was embarrassing, but he had never been turned on my video pornography. It was written language that really did it for him and two years out of any consistent relationship...he was getting quite used to the women of erotic fiction.

"My names Corey," he said, extending his right hand. "It's nice to meet the new librarian."

Katherine smiled at him, a bit releaved that she had someone tall enough to help her with the books. Grabbing his hand she said, "That's great! I needed some help, but since only two of us were on the clock today, l knew l wouldn't be getting any help from Mrs. Morgan! l'm Katherine!" As she said this, Kathy was going back to the cart and picking up the stack of books she held previously.

"Here, these need to go on some of the higher shelves and even with these heels, l'm way to short to put them away." She told him, but right before she gave him the books, she noticed his outfit. "Ohh, umm l think you should take off that jacket. Not that it doesn't look good on you Corey!" She added, before he misunderstood her, "It'sjust the air vent is on this isle," she pointed up at it. "The cold air, on top of not only a drenched shirt, but jacket as well isn't a very good combination."

And she should know. Since her whole outfit was soaked, she had no chose but to deal with the cold air that rain down on her, making her nipples going harden.

"If you want, you can lay it on the side of the cart. Oh and by the way, my favorite one is the The blooming rose She whispered, telling him her opinion of the best erotic novel in the library.

Corey hadn't been intending on doing anything more than organizing the science fiction section, but he couldn't help but want to assist Katherine with her tasks. More than anything he just wanted an excuse to be around her, to witness her beautiful form in action, to hear her lovely voice...he was drifting off into fantasy. He snapped out of it.

He placed the books that she had handed him onto the top shelf, casually glancing to make sure that they were in the correct order. It was more adult fare that had probably been checked out by lonely middle-aged women looking for a romantic tryst with a fictional man. Corey longed for a woman to feel about him the way that women in those books felt about the men draped along the inside cover.

"You know, you're right. It is awfully cold in here." Corey removed his jacket, laying it across a rail on Katherine's cart. The front of his white shirt clung tightly to his chest and he rolled up sleeves to get to work. He picked up another pile of books and turned around to place them on the shelves. It was impossible not to notice Katherine's nipples poking through the light fabric of her blouse. He stared for a moment, careful not to be caught before returning to his work.

"Oh and by the way, my favorite one is the The Blooming Rose," she whispered as he passed by her.

Corey blushed, laughing at himself, "Yeah...I know. It's kind of embarrassing, a grown man reading this stuff. I just find it really...engrossing. A lot of it is better than literary critics would have you believe."

Kathy couldn't help but stare a bit as he removed his jacket and went to drape it on the cart. His muscles rippled under the clingy fabic of his white shirt, his muscles bulging a bit as he moved. Not someone you thought you would see putting books away. Or even pick up a book really. A man that looked like that, you'd think would be out with women all the time.

Suddenly, she felt very self cautious about her appears, Especially about of he could probably see about everything through her top! Quickly, her brushed her hair out of her face and went back to the cart, grabbing a few more books.

"I don't see what you mean by embarrassed. There really good books!" She bent back over and started to put the books in there correct order. "l don't know why more men don't read these books," she stopped and looked at him. "Stop me if l'm being at all rude." She stated before continuing. "These books are like those pictures or video of men and women, you just need to read a bit more to get to those parts. But it's worth it, right? I am just guessing of course that that's just one of the reasons you read these books."

Katherine hoped she wasn't being to open minded by talking about this, like this to a man she just met, but she was a bit more open and curious then most women. Once her arms were empty she stood back uo, pulling her skirt back down before going back to the cart.

"Oh yes and l never did mession how much l appreciate your help Corey."

Corey stared as she bent back over, placing several books on the bottom shelf. He was doing his best to keep his glances fleeting, but he couldn't help it. He wasn't used to women like her. She was equal parts alluring and unaware. It seemed as if she had no idea how attractive she was at this very moment; her blouse tight, her skirt climbing up her long legs, her hair wet from the rain. Corey was mildly attractive, but he had rarely found the confidence to even speak to a woman as ravishing as Katherine.

"l don't know why more men don't read these books," she stopped and looked at him. "Stop me if l'm being at all rude. These books are like those pictures or video of men and women, you just need to read a bit more to get to those parts. But it's worth it, right? I am just guessing of course that that's just one of the reasons you read these books."

Katherine was being awfully forward - with talk of pornography only moments after meeting him. Was this on purpose or was she just naive? Corey had a hard time reading women. "I think it's better actually," he replied, testing her resolve. "With a video, everything is decided for you. But the written word takes you to place in your imagination that you wouldn't go otherwise. It expands you horizon."

He paused.

"So yes, while I appreciate the writing itself, it's what it does to my mind that I really love." He couldn't believe he was admitting this. Corey finished placing the final books on the top shelf.

"...and your welcome Katherine. If you ever need anything, I'm your man." He smiled.

Corey turned, slightly embarrassed by what he had said. Katherine's openness had punctured him, forcing to come out and say things that sounded intellectual, but had to come across as 'I'm a loser who jerks off to books.' No doubt Katherine had the pick of the litter, she was everything that any man could want: gorgeous, intelligent, and welcoming. Corey had felt so welcome that he had blurted out a truth that he would have rather left hidden.

He quickly grabbed his coat, nodding to Katherine as he darted by her. "It was a great pleasure to meet you," he said quietly, "but I think I should go finish what Ms. Morgan wanted me to do."

Corey approached the science fiction section, several yards away from where he had been. It was an utter mess, with Asimov down in the M's and Gaiman at the very end of the alphabet. He preferred to organize by author's last name and he did just that, pulling the whole rack of books down and organizing them on the floor. Quickly, piles of sorted material began to stack up and after every letter was complete who would place them on the correct shelf.

It was enough to keep his mind from wandering too far, but Katherine had managed to really entrance him. He thought about the perfect curve of her legs, her feet arched in her heels, all pointing towards her round ass and sensuous hips. Her skirt had left so little to his imagination, but he knew he ought to respect her - she was a librarian after all.

A small tent began to form beneath his corduroy pants as he continued to ponder over her. He stacked a few books on his lap to keep it from showing. She had been awfully forward, maybe she was actually interested in him. Maybe he should just ask her...no, not yet. It was too soon.

Katherine bit her lip as he grabbed his coat. l must have said something to him. Maybe l had asked to many questions, or what l said was to personal! Or maybe... he just didn't like me.

Before she had time to say she was sorry, he was off, walking out of the isle to do what ever Mrs. Morgan had planned for him. "Um, bye Corey. l hope to see you later." And l was having a good time too. Katherine sighed before she got back to working on organizing the shelves, putting them in there correct order.

He had gotten most of the books the belonged on the higher-up shelves, so it didn't take her long to put all the correct books in place, finding a few that belonged else where.

The isle being finished, Kathy grabbed the cart, after placing a few books on it, and went to put them were they belonged. First, she stopped by the non-fiction isles before heading off to the science fiction, seeing both Corey and books everywhere.

"Corey, are you looking for something, or still helping out?" She knew she should have just dropped the book in it's correct place, but he looked lonely and borred. Gosh, please don't be pissed at me.

She walked up to him and looked over the books. "You look like you've been working hard."

Corey was sitting cross-legged on the floor, so concentrated on alphabetizing (and so lost in his fantasies) that he hadn't heard the tap of Katherine's high heels across the floor. He jumped slightly when he heard her voice, "Corey, are you looking for something, or still helping out?" He could almost feel her breath on the back of his neck. "You look like you've been working hard."

The word "hard" fell off her lips and reminded him of the erection brimming in his pants. Corey quickly adjusted the books on his lips to hide it. Most of the stacks had been finished and he was only sorting through the last few letters. "Not too hard," he replied. "I'm just finishing up here. I actually really love spending time here. When I volunteer like this, I get to read the back covers' and discover new books I want to read."

She seem genuinely interested in what he had to say. It was relieving. "You know, I'm sorry if the conversation back there got awkward at all. I'm not normally that...forward. I've just grown so accustomed to Ms. Morgan that seeing someone as beautiful as you do the same job...it's nice."

He smiled again, trying to appear confident, "I hope you'll forgive me."

*I walk into the library, my white dress shirt soaked through, hair matted down. I'm shivering from the cold. "hello, is anyone here?"

OOC:
Hey man, just so you're aware, this is a closed RP thread for Ms. Sky and myself. If you're looking for a writing partner, check out the "Seeking RP Partners" thread at the top of the SRP forum. There's always plenty of folks looking for someone to write with.

But generally speaking, the etiquette is to send a PM before you jump on a thread. Good luck finding something, my friend!

"You know, I'm sorry if the conversation back there got awkward at all. I'm not normally that...forward. I've just grown so accustomed to Ms. Morgan that seeing someone as beautiful as you do the same job...it's nice."

Christie got done, bending at the knees so she was at his eye level. "Awkward? Corey, I was the one that asked the questions about those parts of the books. I didn't think you were being forward by answering them." She tilted her head to the side. "but I am very, very sorry if I made you uncomfortable! I didn't mean to do that, I was just curious is all."

She stood back up with a sweet smile on her face, "By the way, thanks for the appearance complement, but I'm not really looking my best today." She pointed at her clothes. "I'm drenched, I mean you can see everything, it's like I'm not wearing anyclothes." Kathy told him with a giggle.

Corey felt comforted by her smile and was relieved to find out that she hadn't been offended. He was still slightly intimidated by her beauty, but Katherine was genuinely nice and seemingly open to all kinds of conversation. It was hard not to be enamored with her.

"You know," he replied, "I'm drenched too, so I think we're even. And it's not like you don't have the perfect body for that kind of look." Corey smiled, a hint of danger in his eye. It was fabricated, of course, but he wanted to see how far he could push. He continued sorting through the last few books.

"It's funny actually," he continued. "This is kind of serendipitous. I was reading that book Two Bodies - the one I put back into the erotica section - and the first time the two characters meet is in a torrential downpour in the middle of the desert. Like the biggest rain of the season. Both of their cars' break down and they're sort of forced to huddle together for warmth."

"We don't have to huddle together, but we're certainly both soaked," he said laughing. "It's just hilarious that we managed to meet on a day like this."

The only stack of books left was the one on his lap.

A blush ran over her face, her hand going to rest on her cheek. "Why, because you can see even more of my cleavage?" She wasn't trying to sound rude, or even trying to sound like she waa flirting. She was simple curious. That was one of the things, she thinks is a flaw about herself, she was always to open minded about people. Asking about her breasts was kind of a normal thing to her, but it also seemed to make men either uncomfortable or even more nicer.

When he talked about the book, she grinned at him. Before he could react, she wrapped her arms around his body, pressing herself up against him, her breasts pressed hard against his chest. "I wouldn't mind huddling with someone as nice as you, but sadly," Kathy let him go. "l'm at work." With that, she gave him a wink before standing up.

"Why don't you put those books away. The rain slowed down a bit, so l'm going out to the coffee shop across the street real quick, l could bring you something if you'd like." She offered.

Corey was shocked. Most of the girls he was used to were prudes, completely out of touch with their sexuality and certainly unwilling to share it with someone they had just met. Katherine seemed to carry her sexuality with her, almost unaware of how tempting she was, but knowing just enough to use it to her advantage. Her hand on his cheek was electric and he wanted to reach up and touch her in return.

She said, "Why, because you can see even more of my cleavage?" as she pressed herself against him. He could feel his erection almost bursting through the front of his corduroy pants. "I wouldn't mind huddling with someone as nice as you, but sadly," Kathy let him go. "l'm at work." She winked at him as she stood up. From the floor, he could barely see her face from behind her cleavage. It was delectable.

"Why don't you put those books away. The rain slowed down a bit, so l'm going out to the coffee shop across the street real quick, l could bring you something if you'd like," she continued - a glimmer still in her eye. There was no doubting the flirtation now - even if Corey didn't completely understand it.

"I would really appreciate that, Katherine," he replied, "I was about to head home for the day, but if you bring me some coffee I think I could keep working for a while." He stood up carefully, keeping his back to her to avoid further embarrassment.

"Oh Corey, l don't want you to stay here any longer then you have to! I'm sure there are tons of tings you would much rather do." She told him, quickly, shaking her head. Katherine walled up to him, placing her hands on his shoulders as she pressed her body against his back.

"How about this, l'll go get you some coffee and bring it back. If you still want to stay, you can but no working, If you don't, then you leave." Katherine let him go with a smile. "I'll be back in about ten minutes, wait for me back here."

With that, she turned away and walked out of the isle, heading to the door. "Mrs. Morgan, l'm running out to get some coffee. Would you like anything?"

She looked up from the book she read, over at her. "No, no. I'm fine Katherine." She answered, waving her hand as a motion for her to go on and leave. "Be back soon though, l might need you."

"Yes ma'am." Katherine answered, before walking outside, back into the rain. Her damp clothes went back to drenched. It didn't take long to get to the coffee shop, 3, 4 minutes really and she was pushing the door open, walking inside the semi-empty building and going to the counter to buy the drinks. After a few minutes, she the were done and she grabbed then, along with some sugar and creamers before heading back to the library.

"I'll tell you what," Corey replied as he felt Katherine's nimble hands on his shoulder. The closer she got the more he wanted her. "I'll stick around to keep you company, but I won't do any more work. We can get to know each other." He turned his head and smiled at her.

Corey waited until she left to get the coffee to turn around. He no longer had control of his own body and it was getting past the point of no return. He glanced down the aisle before dashing off towards the bathroom. There were a few other library-goers scattered throughout his path. A middle-aged woman in the romance section noticed his erection and scoffed at him and for a moment he felt guilty - until thoughts of Katherine flooded his mind again.

He opened the door to the men's room and quickly found a stall, locking it behind him. Seconds later, his corduroy pants were around his ankles, his stiff cock pointing out the front hole of his boxer-briefs.

This was completely unlike Corey. He was typically reserved, quiet, even a bit shy. He had never done something like this outside the comfort of his own bedroom before - but there was a first time for everything. He wrapped his right hand around the length of his cock and began stroking up and down, slow at first, but with increasing ferocity.

When Katherine finally got back to the library, she was just as wet as the first time, which Mrs. Morgan didn't like very much. "Katherine, l allowed you to leave, thinking you wouldn't get that wet this time. What were you doing walking the whole way?" She asked from behind the counter.

Yes. "I'm sorry Mrs. Morgan. lt was still raining quite a bit." She answered as she walked over, "But here, l got you something." With that, she placed a muffin on the counter top next to her. "l know you like blueberry and l thought it would be rude if l didn't get you anything." Kathy explained.

"Oh, well thank you." Mrs. Morgan mumbled before clearing her throat. "Now get back to those books. Chop, chop."

"Alright." She turned away back to the end of the library and looked on the isle she had left Corey in. When she didn't see him, she simple shrugged, thinking he might have gone to the bathroom. Hoping he didn't just leave her there.

Instead of standing there and waiting though, she stilk had to work. So she walked to the fiction isle, setting the coffees down on one of the near by tables, before organizing the books.

It didn't take long for Corey to climax. He had been sitting on the floor of the science-fiction, nursing an erection, for nearly half-an-hour. Rubbing against the soft fabric of his pants had been enough stimulation to keep him aroused, but as his hand glided along the taunt skin of his erection the feeling was almost too much. The ticking clock of Katherine's run to the coffee shop didn't help much either.

He reached to the tissue dispenser on the side of the stall as he grew closer to orgasm. Wrapping the tissues around the tip of his cock, he filled them with his cum, accidentally groaning loudly as images of Katherine filled his mind. "OH...GOD...KATHY..." It echoed throughout the bathroom, but he desperately hoped that no one on the outside had heard it.

Corey quickly pulled up his boxer-briefs and his corduroy pants, panting for breath. He unlocked the stall and washed his hands in the sink before returning to the library - his eyes darting around to see if anyone had heard him and was acting strange.

He glanced around for Katherine and eventually found her in the fiction section. He sat down at the table where she had placed the coffee and grabbed a cup, sipping from it. She was even more soaked than before and her body was even more visible. It was exactly what he had been thinking about only moments before. "Thanks for the coffee, Kathy," he said as he looked down upon her. "You're a sweetheart. Now, I believe the deal was that I would keep you company. So tell me about yourself. I'm a good listener."

Katherine was standing on the tips of her toes, switching two books around before she heard Corey, "Thanks for the coffe, Kathy." She turned her head to look at him with a smile, standing right. "You're a sweetheart. Now, l believe the deal was that l would keep you company. So tell me about yourself. l'm a good listener. "

"Well then, your one of the few men that are." She said with a laugh before she brushed her hair back. "I'm sorry for my appearance by the way, l guess it was still raining pretty bad out there." She apologized before she walked to the table and picked up her cup, taking a sip.

"Well, l just finished college and moved here a month ago. l got a real nice apartment a few blocks away." Kathy said before she went back to the shelves and started to go through the books again. "This is probably odd to say, but l'm a bit of nerd... though l don't look it. Especially right now."

She bent over and worked on the lower shelves. "This was actually the first job l wanted. l love books, reading about all the different people and adventures." She turned to him.

"How would you describe yourself?"

Corey watched and listened intently as Katherine continued to place books on the shelves. The job had to be tedious, but any bookworm would be envious. He had relieved the stress he had been feeling earlier and was able to more readily focus on her lovely personality. "I've learned to never judge a book by its cover," he replied coyly. It was a horrible pun, but Katherine seemed like the kind of woman who would appreciate it. "...so to speak. Everyone's a bit of a nerd, I think, it's just whether or not they're willing to admit it to themselves."

He sipped on his coffee as she bent over to place some books on the bottom shelf. It was hard not stare, but Corey tried to be respectful. "As for me...I'm a literary critic for an online magazine. It doesn't pay much but it's enough to afford the studio apartment I own a few blocks from here. I really hope to make money off of my poetry some day, but I know that it takes...well usually 'til death to make that happen."

"I spend a lot of time here, so I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other." He stood up, grabbing a few of the books that he knew would be going to a shelf higher than Katherine could reach. "You know, you've got to be cold. Your clothes are practically shrinking. Would you like to borrow my jacket? I have to get home relatively soon, but you're welcome to borrow it."

He began pulling his arms out of the dark jacket and motioned it toward her.

*bump

Just so this doesn't get buried amongst the masses of other SRPs.

Katherine stood up straight and walked over to him. "Oh thank you Corey!" She said sweetly, stopped infront of him, "Just hold on a minute." She moved her hands up and undid 3 more of her blouse buttons, so her skirt wasn't clinging to her body anymore. "So, poetry? What kind do you write?"

As she asked, she reached forward and took his jacket from him, putting it on herself. She looked up at him, "Before you go though, hand me your phone. l want to put my number in so you can call me. You know, tell me when you want your jacket back.... or if you just want to chat. Anything good with me." Kathy said sweetly as she held herhand out, waiting for him cell phone.
