I wish SWMBO liked lamb. Lamb chops on the grill sounds pretty darn good.

Never, never, never drink iced water, or any other chilled drink with lamb.

I like mutton with onion sauce - but it's anti social.
 
I havent seen the ad yet, as I said, news.

Cause we know I'll see it plenty enough in the next 2 weeks.

I usually buy a boneless shoulder and grind the meat myself. While it's grinding, (I put it through the grinder twice), I add garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and pepper. And then form the patties to cook right away or freeze for later. Lamb is my favorite red meat, definitely.
