THE NEW FACE OF MAYBELLINE...is

I don't wear supermarket makeup, but if I did, I wouldn't buy Maybelline products based upon this ad campaign (if this is true).

Do they really think this will appeal to women? Are they going after a new market?

So gay...

If I were a woman, I would be angry...

Personally, I am offended that the spokesmodel has any definite sex or orientation. Doesn't Maybelline know they're promoting the false and hurtful notion of people being male or female, gay or straight, and that the only accurate and inclusive representation of humans is as a nebulous organism without shape or color, sex or orientation? Actually, now that I think of it, a bowl a strawberry Jell-O would be just the thing.
