The "new" black revolution.

So it starts. I wonder if this is going to go viral?

New Black Revolution.

Ishmael

Won't go anywhere.

Politicians are the same. If it is a democrat or if it is a republican, they are all politicians. When people learn it is the politicians that are the problem instead of the other party we might see a difference.
As long as the people argue about the party they will never get around to the real problems.

At no point does the clip mention anything about a "new black revolution" you racist dumbass. YOU mentioned it twice in one thread.

The very white Jeremy Segal produces a video and it's a new black revolution?

Ish ran out of Franzia and is bored with the reality of himself.

Let's chip in for a new box or three. I hate seeing him like this, y'all. :(

They will be called "Uncle Toms" and black and brown will be shepherded on to the Democrat reservations and plantations as per usual this election cycle. If they bother to vote.

Oh yeah, black people should vote Republican. That will work out well. lmao

I think the point is that voting Democrat has not improved the black community. Was it King's nephew that said the same thing recently? His point, I think, was that Democrats have come to take the black vote for granted.

A good point made in the clip is that Democrats, who do cronyism better than any other group profit financially from tax money allegedly aimed to improve the community. None of those billions seems to make any difference.

Is that the message you got out of that clip? That's not the message I heard.

Ishmael

Apparently your dog-whistle ears heard something that only you thought you heard.

And we're gonna run on with whatever it is you're trying to avoid boredom with — concerning black people and the privlieged whitesplaining of them — for about four or five pages as usual, aren't we? :D

I am sure we can count on your enlightened, racist input as well.

Not really, Dr. Know. I've got fun things to do later on, can't quite fully join in on the reindeer games here.

Now, I'll definitely pop in and make fun of you yappy assholes for sure, but I think I'll cede the chair of Explanation Of Everything to your privileged ass since you have all the answers, all the time.

Why should they not vote Republican?

Well, for starters, there's that pesky Republican initiative in almost every state that is trying very hard to suppress black turnout. You'd think if someone was trying to keep you from voting that that's a pretty strong indicator that they're not working in your best interest.

There are numerous other reasons, but we both know you're doing your usual passive-aggressive rope-a-dope "Make them play defense!" schtick.

Why should they not vote Republican?

Why should they? It's not as if there aren't alternatives out there, especially at the local level. They could start their own equivalent of the 'Tea party' (and I heard the seeds of that in the video) and endorse candidates, of any party, that will actually follow through on promises made.

What I heard was that they wanted opportunities, not handouts. What I heard is that they were willing to listen to anyone that has an agenda that would provide those opportunities.

The fact of the matter is that they have voted monolithically democrat for so long that the democrats take their votes for granted and the republicans have written their votes off. The result has been disastrous for the black community.

Of course if they voted Republican, they'd immedediately be branded as Uncle Toms, not Black enough.

There's a long list of Black Republicas who are not Black enough to be real Democrats.

Who would call them Uncle Toms? Where is this list you claim exists?
